he gave me an appointment time of 10 am on 3/4/2016,I put ceiling fans togaher,have them all over my floor, as I expected him to arrive around 10 am.I waited until 1115 and telephoned him,had to leave a message.It is now Monday 3/7/2016,i left him another message this morning,approx.6 hrs ago advising him I wouldn't be using him for the job since he didn't show up or return my call,still nothing from him.I also advised that I would be leaving a review on Angies list

A very unpleasant experience. Because of this experience, I will no longer use this service. Character, integrity and sometimes affiliations are important. I never want a stranger who has not been vetted by someone that I trust in my home again.

Chad came out to trouble shoot the issue. Basically, try to correct work done previously by another person. After several hours, he recommended running new circuits. He also noticed I had a Sylvania Zinsco breaker box and suggested replacement. He also recommended that I do research before making the decision to replace the breaker box, not to just take his opinion. He came to my home yesterday, completing the work in one day. He constantly provided updates. By the day's end, he had not only put everything back in its place, he vacuumed everywhere he had been. Chad is very professional and takes all the time you need to insure you understand the issues and what he will and is doing to complete the agreed upon work. I would definitely contact Chad again. He is very courteous, respectful of your property, knowledgeable, conscientious, diligent, reasonably prices his work, and .....likes chocolate chip cookies!. :) I will definitely call Chad in the future to address any electricial needs and have already provided his business card to my neighbors.

Rick, the owner of Sunrise Electric Company came out for the work. He does good work. He contacted me immediately when I left a message. He sent me a text which I thought was nice and a very convenient way of communicating. He came out and did the estimate and followed up on it the next day. I didn’t have to wait for a week which was nice. He came out for the work when he said he would. He took his time on the job and did a really good job.

They did a great job and came promptly and was very polite. They provided a free estimate before the work was performed and I would use them again.

He also installed a new circuit for a panel in the garage for a space heater. Chad rewired a chandelier, adding additional supports in the ceiling and installing a new 3 way toggle dimmer. He also rewired our entire entertainment room with new wiring & 3 new circuits, putting in 10 outlets and rewiring an electric floorboard heater. Chad is a master electrician, bonded & insured. I would give him A++ in every category! His rates are very reasonable, and he is very competent, able to overcome any obstacle. He is ethical, honest, and fair; I felt very comfortable giving him the key to my house, and very comfortable with him around my kids. He works safely, and does a good job cleaning up his work site at the end of the job. Many days his son worked with him, which was nice. I just can't recommend him highly enough. As long as he's available, I would not use another electrician.
