Very neglected front and back yard, some volunteer trees over 10 years old. Josh & team spent two days, stopped only by heavy rain, removing trees, shrubs, weeds, and dead leaves. Conscientious in asking when they weren't sure whether shrub was to be removed or retained. Good advice wrt mulch vs. grass, and did not argue with my decisions. Very happy with results so far (we're not done yet); if I could rate him 6 stars I would. He'll be doing regular maintenance as well as this cleanup.
