+ -1 more1923 house in Waldo area in the Mock Tudor style with plenty of geometry--steep roof, multiple intersecting valleys and ridges, etc. Ron was recommended by our realtor agent. The crew got in and got out--basically two straight days to do all this work on the house and detached garage. I had no issues with the end product. Keep in mind that they don't install fancy ridge vents or worry much about the aesthetics of the flashing and caulk--they are a budget roofing company (literally). I have copied verbatim my response to my realtor accepting the work (reroofing was completed as part of house closing): ... Yes, I am satisfied. They completed the work efficiently and correctly. It?s not ?pretty? (i.e. chimney flashing looks worse than even before!) but I have no doubts that it is properly flashed. They?re called ?Budget Roofing? for a reason! I would use Ron again. I believe the Waldo/Brookside houses are not typical for him, normally works further south.
Description of Work: Complete tearoff of an existing 3-layer (dimensional over 3-tab over wood shakes) roof on the house and detached garage down to spaced sheathing, and installation of new OSB sheathing and felt, nice GAF dimensional shingles and 7 new gravity air vents. No gutter and very limited trim work.

+ -1 moreMr. Schwenk was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly returned my call and gave a free estimate. He did an excellent job on installation. My skylights are not drafty like they were before and the sun tunnel is great! I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Replacing 2 skylights and install a sun tunnel.
