Able Guttering

Description of Work: The Mr Enlow (Owner of Able guttering)) told my sister & myself he would put new guttering, downspouts etc. & fix any bad places in soffit/fascia & they would paint if we provided paint. It would cost between $1300. to $1500. at the most, it would depend on amount of amount of wood to be replaced. He also advised us not to put new vinyl etc. on soffit/fascia, we should save the money. I really wanted maintenance free, but thought he was really trying to help. We had to call & ask when they were coming to do the work, he said they were really busy & it would be the next week. Following week no show call etc. we called him again. He said he lost one employee to another company & was short handed. My sister called again later on & to see if he had eta on job, he said he come the following week. This time he did show up on the weekend. When they did wood replacement it was only one small piece about 36 inches x long 4 inches wide he told my sister we were really lucky. When they painted, they only paint a few spots on wood & he then told me they were not painters. (My mistake for not getting everything in writing, I should have known better). The board he used was crooked & notched out in one placed. Texted him asked about board replacement, he said he come back but later when he had time. He told me we were not being charged for the board, which was not not true on statement that I gave the bank it showed a charge for a full board. Since this was a construction loan with local bank, he did ask about when he would be paid. I advised after speaking to bank that they had mailed his check. We decided not to wait for him & called another company to finish job with new soffit/fascia & gutter coverings. Texted Enlow advised him we were going to get another company to fix board etc. didn't want him to come back anymore. Very pleased with this company.

Description of Work: Able Guttering did an excellent job replacing the gutters and fascia board on our home. Daniel and his crew were prompt and courteous. They were very detail oriented and cleaned up nicely after they were done. When the crew started the project we were surprised to see how much fascia damage there actually was. We definitely expected Daniel to come back and tell us that it would be more than he initially quoted us for the replacement of the boards. To our surprise when my husband asked if it would be more he stated that it would not be and that the quote would stand as is. Very impressed!!

Description of Work: They replaced gutters and advised on water flow. We've had a heavy rain since and I've been really happy with the improvement in addressing my water problems with guttering that had pulled away from the house and overflowed under heavy rain onslaughts!

Description of Work: I was contacted almost immediately and provided a detailed estimate that included 3 different grade/price options. Because I work fulltime, I preferred not to have to be home for the work. Dan Enloe was flexible to my needs and communicated extremely well with me even though we never met face to face. They cleaned my gutters, installed high grade gutter screens over all and replaced an elbow joint of a downspout that had rusted, even agreeing to paint it first with paint I left for them on my porch so that it would match the rest of my trim. I was extremely pleased with the promptness, flexibility, responsiveness to my questions and needs, and timeliness of replies and work done.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged section of gutters and downspout. They said they would do the work sometime during that week but did not come out until the Monday after. The work was done quickly and of good quality. Price was excellent. The took the old guttering with them and didn't leave a mess.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List Big Deal which came at a great time. A tree had fallen onto my roof and it tore up the shingles and gutter in one section. The roofers were too busy after the storm to do the gutters, too, so I bought the Deal (for 30 feet of guttering). The company contacted me via your site and we set a time for him to come see what needed to be done. After he looked at it, he explained that I didn't need the entire 30' so he could install a new downspout to make up the difference. The workers came as scheduled and very quickly removed the old and installed the new. The color matched very well and everything looks nice.
