Tom was fantastic! Our heating problem was an easy fix but took a lot of investigation to figure out the source of the problem. He did not give up until the furnace was back up and running. Highly recommended!!

Tom called right away and was willing to come out Sunday evening. Made appt for Monday. He was actually at my home a few minutes before our scheduled appt. He and the young man with him are both kind, considerate, and explained what they were doing while doing it. Neither addressed me as if I were in the way. I would recommend Ozark Heating & Cooling without a second thought. We will, if needed, use them again.

Tom was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed our problem quickly and took the time to explain what caused the issue and did a couple of extra maintenance procedures to ensure everything was operating properly and the problem was corrected properly. Very nice person and I highly recommend him!
