+ -1 moreMike was extremely thorough in planning out both jobs completely and consulting with me regularly about the design and decision details, which I really appreciated. He is a perfectionist and every cut of every tile is perfect. He was here every day, 5 days a week, all day, for approximately 3 weeks until the job was completed. I have had nothing but wonderful comments about the beauty of the tile. He is honest, patient, and very friendly.
Description of Work: Mike removed old tile and installed a travertine tile backsplash in kitchen, with mosaic listellos. He had to build up and level out the garden window ledge after removal of original tile. He also removed old tile on fireplace and built up hearth support, then installed stacked tile.

+ -1 moreMike responds to our calls promptly, is incredibly conscientious, and timely, in addition, he does the best tile work we've ever seen! His work is extremely professional and very inexpensive/competitively priced. Although tile work is notoriously messy, Mike cleans up as he goes and each evening leaves the house as it was before he came. He also has flexible hours and is extremely personable. If you're in a hurry, he'll gladly work for twelve hours straight each day. We have nothing bad to report!
Description of Work: Mike has worked at our, friends, and family homes many times, all on referral. At our home, he has tiled a bathroom (walls), front foyer, and entire kitchen and back splash.
