The plumbing pro was fantastic! Travis was on time, polite , knowledgeable & did a great job installing a new water heater for us! In addition they were VERY affordable! Would recommend these guys for anything plumbing related!

My 100+ year old house had a whole-house U-trap sewer main that was disintegrating under the basement floor. One company that often advertises a $99 special could not get the job done and charged me $69 for their failure. Another came out and delivered the news that the trap needed to be removed and would gladly do the job for $4,000. I called several other companies for estimates and got prices from $3,000 up to do the drain and replace the main stack up to chest high. I called the Plumbing Pro and, unlike the others, their guy Danny came out and did a THOROUGH inspection of my main drain and stack. He found problems that the others didn't even look for! We discussed all possible solutions and he ended up agreeing to remove the trap, replace the main and replace the stack up to the first floor, including the branches to the first floor bathroom for under $3,000. A couple of days later, he and an assistant came out early because of a cancellation and did a top-notch job of jack hammering up the floor, removing the trap and replacing it with an 90 degree elbow, replacing the stack, installing a new main drain and redoing the concrete work. They were 100% professional, fast and left zero debris behind. Would I recommend them to a friend? Not long after, a friend had a plumbing problem and I did! She received the same top shelf service that I did and was thankful for the referral. Great service at a great price! If I ever have another plumbing problem, I won't consider calling anyone else. Danny is the man and the Plumbing Pro was a really good experience for me.

Danny was here within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning & fixed the problem quickly at a fair price. After a few days, I had a question & called the office. Danny was on another job but called me back the next morning & answered all my questions. I recommend this company.

Scott was very professional. Answered all my questions about the work he did. He also cleaned up any and all debris from his work. This job also included the addition of a section of gas line. This was also accomplished with great skill. He will be my first choice for any new plumbing needs.

I called and was able to obtain same day service. I was called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised by the office. Danny arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue and he was able to determine a solution in a minimum amount of time. He did an excellent job and continually explained what he was doing as he inspected the area around the drain. I would recommend him and his company for any future plumbing needs.

The work done was excellent and the plumber was fast, friendly, and very neat and clean. That said, I supplied the new faucet (already had it) and it took less than an hour to install; it. Charge? $222.00! I feel this is far to much, all things considered.

Scott was quick and efficient at the work that needed to be done. His honest approach is going to have me hire them for a large job that needs to be done.
