Great service, great work, done quickly and with no mess

The floors look so great! They've been in almost a week and we still can't get over how nice they are. The SVB workers were all really punctual and polite. They made sure I knew what they were doing each day.They laced the new floor into the existing wood so it looks like it was always continuous.The sanding was virtually dustless. The water-based finish hardly had any odor and that was gone in a day. The big thing that impressed me was that they came back immediately to fix something that I pointed out, and that was after they had the check -- another company might have been slow about that or not come back at all. We would definitely recommend SVB.

They are an excellent group of hard-working guys that produce a beautiful floor out of a several-decades old, scratched-up, yellowed, grungy looking hardwood floor. They are traffic in their profession and I will have them out again to do another major room. I'm glad they were recommended by ServiceMagic.

Literally, there was not one spec of dust when they left. Finished our entire upstairs in 3 days. Very friendly and professional. Can't wait to do the rest of my house!

The stain color matching is very good, the dustless sanding system is excellent and I would highly recommend that capability. Scheduling and execution seemed a little disjointed. The person that arrived to repair before sanding didn't know what needed repair and was going to cover a heating vent. The finish crew was very nice but didn't have the proper first coat so used a second coat material for the first coat. We are happy with the floor especially the color matching to the rest of the floors in the house.

The workers were very professional. They arrived on time and completed each stage of the project as indicated. They also resolved and addressed all areas as requested. I also love the fact that there was virtually no dust during the project. I will definitely use them for future flooring projects.
