I had to email their corporate office to get them to come and fix the stuff. We've had two other companies say that the air conditioner is too small for the house but they won't do anything about it. This is the 4th carpeting that has been done because it is cheap and keeps unraveling. We are still not satisfied with it even though we paid to upgrade it. They ended up putting in 7 more bags of insulation and they paid us back for the 6 bags that we put up in the attic. They put our house on the foundation wrong so it is built different from all the other houses in the neighborhood. They aren't going to do anything about it. There is no vapor barrier between the garage and the basement. We only figured it out because a cat kept getting into our basement. They were pretty professional. We would absolutely not use them again.
