+ -1 moreI had a wonderful experience at the "Pyramid Plumbing". I just have to brag on this wonderful company. I had been to every store trying to find a certain part nobody had, I was told to try them, I got there and they were closed but still helped me, right away I felt like I was visiting some old friends I hadn't seen in a while. I have to say that was the most wholesome fellowship I have ever had in a business in my whole 50 yrs of life. They treated me like I was a family friend. I will never forget that experience not to mention they made sure I had what I needed even tho it took them like 25 min to find what I was looking for. Don't forget they were closed when I got there and still took time out for me. Ty pyramid u made me feel right at home. Impressive!!!!

Description of Work: I ordered several items for a bathroom remodel. The staff was very helpful finding the items that I wanted. They also referred me to a good plumber to help with the installation.

+ -1 moreVisited Pyramid for a Gas Pressure Gauge. The man that helped me walked me through the warehouse getting me exactly what I needed to complete all of the repair work I needed done. In and out before I knew it. I will avoid Big Box stores in the future for my plumbing needs and use Pyramid.

+ -1 moreA bit off the beaten track (keep driving west on Main Street from 71 Highway), but the folks at Pyramid treated me well as a non-professional. I was shopping for a new toilet, and Pyramid's quarterly flyer had the best price I've ever seen for Toto Drake toilets. I ordered two over the phone, and arranged to pick them up (Pyramid offers KC delivery, too, but I needed them that morning to meet our plumber). They gave some helpful advice at the counter, and made sure I had all the right parts and accessories. Excellent prices and great service!

Description of Work: Ordered all new shower and jacuzzi fixtures for a master bathroom. Was surprised to find that they offered solid surface counters as well.

+ -1 moreAndrea Farnen at Pryamid Pipe and Supply was very polite and knowledgeable. The sinks and faucets she found for me were very reasonably priced. They were ordered and arrived before they were due and needed.
Description of Work: I bought two sinks and two faucets from Pyramid Pipe & Supply recently during a major kitchen remodel. I had spent a lot of time researching these products and going to other showrooms where I was given very little time and attention. When I finally got to Pyramid, Andrea Farnen sat me down and found exactly what I wanted at great prices. The sinks had to be ordered from Canada. She had them delivered to my house for free.
