Grandview Appliance Repair

I had an appt between 2-5. I called to confirm the appt and it had not been picked up as of 4:30. I left messages with customer service and recieved no call back until 5:39 to say they need to reschedule for 2 days out and something is wrong with the phone system because it says they "tried to call and left a message" I am without a refrigerator and will loose all the food currently stored. I cancelled another appt due to their Angie's list reputation and their assurance they had certified Samsung repairmen and carried parts on the truck. The customer service agent was rude, refused to escalate my call and told me to call someone else. Completely disappointed with the experience, lost pay from work and still without my appliance.

Roger was incredibly professional, he came out when he said he would, and he communicated well. He answered any questions and was very efficient with the work. His truck was clean and he was just a very good and honest service provider. He double checked his work to make sure it was done right. I would enthusiastically recommend him.
