Esau was very knowledgeable and courteous. Reasons for treating certain areas were explained and diagrammed for clarification, and he was able to show me where the problem was via an entire home inspection with me in tow, confirming presence of termites. His clean up was good, and he was prompt on day of treatment. Very hard worker.

Esau knows how to run a business. First to call on our request, came same day to evaluate problem, submitted detailed proposal with drawings and explanations by e-mail, saved us money by using holes from a previous treatment (something another company never mentioned). Arrived to do the job exactly when he said he would, stayed to show what had been done and left another drawing showing where each hole had been made and treated. Everything left neat. Esau's card shows he has a phD in entomology. We trust we have received the best possible solution for our problem at a good price.
