Esau helped me out and came the same day—Saturday! Professional quick and thorough.

They had someone go out and do an inspection for the new VA loan and he reported termites outside of the home. I requested a remediation cost and it was exceptionally high. I gave the initial review prior to having another inspector go out for a remediation quote and when the new inspector called back he reported no termites to remediate. I felt I was being monetarily abused because we were out of town and selling the house. We always have an annual inspection and had never had any reports of termites in the past and that is why I had someone else go in for an estimate. The last inspector did a report of no termites and we closed with that report.

The very best. The owner called to accommodate my schedule and showed me how to prevent problems in our house. He has a Phd in entomology from KState and knows his stuff.

Dr Easu (owner) told me that the treatment has a warranty for 10 years and has no annual recurring expenses for ten years. When he sent me the contract papers he included $85.00 annual inspection fees. I am not happy with that additional fees.

Esau was only one to find the mud tunnel out of 4 companies. The big companies can't found anything and they wanted more money for the work. Very knowledgeable, great customer service and great price.
