This is the first time I used this company and was very pleased with their service. The tech was on time and called me as he was leaving his last appointment allowing me to go about my business without waiting at home all afternoon. The technician was very knowledgeable. I explained my frustrations with the system and he was able to resolve all the issues. He could have easily sold me a new sprinkler head for the front garden but he was able to solve the problem without doing so. We are appreciative of this type of service and continue to use companies like this versus cheaper alternatives. We have also requested an estimate for some drainage work.

They committed to doing the work, but then were not responsive at all. I think they were going through some employee turnover, but they should have at least continued to communicate with me. Anyway, the work was completed, but not in a timely or professional (as far as communication was concerned) manner. Workmanship seemed fine.

Team is very professional and prompt as expected. Always willing to help fix problems, or determine what recommendations they might have to ensure coverage. Quality is very good. Highly recommend.

They did a pretty good job. It took a little while for them to actually get the report submitted to the civic. They were on time, prompt and did the work well.

Always a good experience with out any worry that they would spend time that was not productive.

I do not personally pay them the association does. I was on the board when we chose the company. They are contracted for specific times of the year divided on snow removal and mowing. If you had a big snowy winter they are probably a little less on coming out where leaf raking and mowing is concerned. We liked the price for what they were going to do except for the fact they have a number of corporate clients and parking lots or shopping centers get priority. It could be noon or afternoon before we get plowed. Their mowing depends on their schedule. Generally it has been reasonable.

2007 was excellent. 2008 - technician seemed in a hurry and did not blow out each section twice.

I forgot to have the system winterized in time, and a valve blew on the side of our house in Nov. They got out here super fast. (In fact, a couple hours earlier than they'd estimated, so I wasn't even at home.) They quickly fixed the leak and winterized the system. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, THEY WERE GOOD.

They used compressed air to blow out the water. They did a really good job. They were helpful.

Had good experience. They promptly returned my phone call and came out within 3 days. Representative was very knowlegable and nice. He examined all sprinker heads and discovered a leak we did not know we had. In resetting the sprinklers, he showed me how to do it on my own in the future should a problem arise.

Pleased with service. They took the time to adjust heads for coverage. Did not rush the job.

Excellent service - prompt and professional. Always answer phone promptly and can contact repairman at all times to see where he is and when he will arrive. Have recommended to other with same result.

JOHN BERROA IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. HE IS FAIR WITH HIS PRICING. HE IS THERE TO CHECK ON HIS CREWS & DOES NOT HESITATE TO CORRECT THEM IF ANYTHING IS WRONG. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY IRRIGATION NEEDS FROM NOW ON. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT IN MY CASE THERE WAS NO WRITTEN CONTRACT & I HAD PAY FOR TIME & MATERIALS. I ALWAYS PREFER A WRITTEN BID. HOWEVER, THERE WASN'T A PROBLEM IN THIS INSTANCE.

WE HAVE USED CONSTANT CARE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SPRINKLER SYSTEM REPAIR SERVICE. THEIR PERSONNEL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE COMPANY IS VERY FAIR IN THEIR BILLING.
