I was very impressed with the service I received. My computer has been running at a turtle pace for a while. With my previous computer technicians you had to call them and spend hours on the phone while they tried to fix your computer and over half the time I couldn't understand the person on the phone. With Brandon I just went to a website he told me to go to and he had control of my computer in a matter of minutes. From that point he worked on my computer for several hours while I went about running my business instead of sitting on the phone for hours. He had my computer fixed and running better than it ever has in about 4 hours and I was charged $60, which is more than reasonable. I placed a call to IT Pros and left a message for a return call. I was contacted shortly after I left the message. I told Brandon what my IT problems were and asked how he might be ale to assist me. The options were to remote in, come pick up the equipment at my home, or I could drop it off at his place of business. We elected to start easy by accessing my computer remotely into my computer and if that was not successful explore more labor intense options. We set up a time to call me at home that evening. Brandon called at the agreed upon time and accessed my computer. I did not have to stay on the phone or on the computer during his service. He called me later in the evening before it got too late and discussed the progress, the condition of the computer and the printer. Work continued on the computer into the evening with out my presence. In the morning all the work was done and Brandon had sent me an invoice. Payment was easy and secure. I will use IT PROS again for all my IT issues.

This could not have gone any better. The problem was taken care of quite promptly and I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to others.

Brandon was very quick, easy to communicate with (via phone and e-mail and text), and convenient (he picked up and dropped off my computer). I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely call him again if needed.

In the fall of last year, I was into the second week of graduate school when my computer died. Completely stressed out, I got Brandon's number from a good friend and gave him a call. I opted to drop the computer off at his place, but he did offer to come by and pick it up. The hard drive was trashed that he was able to retrieve a surprisingly large amount of the information. Brandon suggested that I go with a solid-state drive. I agreed with them. That evening I picked up my computer and it's been working excellent ever since. IT Pros on Call were extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of what actually happened and the interventions they were performing. Since that time, I have referred my mom, my sister, and friends to IT Pros on Call. The feedback that I received from everyone that I have referred has always been positive. Because of the extreme wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, punctuality, and reasonable price, I consider him my IT guy and referring to everyone. Earlier this year, I had Brandon built a new computer from scratch. He met me at Micro Center, ask me my needs, picked out the part, and answered all my questions. The greatest thing is that its super fast without any of the extra programs and pop-up windows that you get when you buy a new computer in the store. PS I even had him work on my cell phone (Samsung S3). Not only did he fixed the problem that I was having with it, but he increased the speed of the smart phone and uploading/ downloading speed as well. Very cool!

My computer crashed on a Saturday morning. I'm a wedding photographer that works out of the home and cannot afford any downtime. I called Flanagan PC and the guy answered while at his kid's ball game. I explained my situation and he promptly arrived at my house, (hopefully he stayed for the rest of the game.) He brought a variety of parts and swapped in a temporary new power supply to confirm the problem and brought my beast back to life. He then ran to the computer store to buy a new one and was back in no time. The computer was repaired and back together in surpisingly short order. What really grabbed my attention was when I put the computer back on my dusty old book shelf and started re-attaching the cables. He insisted that was his job and made me move out of the way. Very thorough. Very competent.

I found Brandon on Craig's List early afternoon today and he promised to be at my home early evening to connect my desk top computer wirelessly to DSL so that I could disconnect my very expensive RoadRunner connection. This was more complicated than it sounds as it involved enabling my desktop computer to accept wireless signal and disconnect the existing hardwire system to RoadRunner. Brandon made a stop at Micro Center to purchase an inexpensive ($11.00) but necessary part to complete the installation and called to verify his arrival time. I found Brandon to be very knowlegeable as well as friendly and courteous. He completed the task in a timely manner and was very reasonable in his time/charge. I will cetainly recommend him and use him in the future for our home office needs.
