I have used Certified Carpets for many years and have always found that their work made my carpets look like they had never had a spot on them no matter how dirty they were to begin with. My 13 year old carpets look like new 6 months+ since they were cleaned and not only clean but with good texture. They have cleaned my upholstered couches in the past as well. This is the most reliable service company you can ask for in terms of their commitment to doing it right and very pleasant people to have in your home.

They do a superb job of deep cleaning. They also do a protective spray of the carpet when they're done and I have found that very helpful. Its kind of like a stain resistant covering. The new upholstery that we've just had done, they put a protective stain and liquid resitant coating on it. Interaction with them was great. The work turned out very well.

Prompt and good service. 2 guys worked together to get in and out quickly. Removed spots in an area where drink was spilled leaving a stain. Very pleased with work. Really like fact I do not have to talk with a machine- a real person answers phone. Also had dryer vent cleaned.

Certified Carpet Systems was recommended to me by a friend. I tried to use carpet cleaners on Angie's List who were running specials at the time, but none of them called me back. They were too busy! In my frustration, I turned to a friend who highly recommended this company and have used them for years. Lucky for me because I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Certified Carpet Systems. This company is a professional family-run business. Certified Carpet Systems promptly returned my phone call and set up an appointment. They also called me the day before to let me know specifically when they would be at my house. Everyone I talked with on the phone was professional and courteous. On the day of the appointment, Jeff, one of the family members in the business, walked throughout the house looking at the areas to be cleaned. There were several rooms that I was unsure about spending the money to be cleaned since they were hardly used and the carpet was in good condition. Jeff did not try to upsell me. He was honest and told me that those specific rooms did not need to have the carpet cleaned. Jeff did an excellent job cleaning the rest of the carpeted areas. The carpet looks like new. No more stains! I highly recommend Certified Carpet Systems. It was a pleasure working with this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

We use them on a yearly basis and they come out looking like new. They are courteous and complete the job very quickly. They will focus on any special areas you ask. For example, we had an area where a pet had urinated and they both got the odor and and showed me how to do it myself.

They answered questions we had about spots and stains. Gave suggestion on treatment for a Vitamin E oil spill, which worked great. With their estimate, they provided a folder on their company that included information on carpet care, what to look for in a carpet cleaner and their guarantee. At the cleaning appointment, they were punctual, professional and efficient. Our stairways had a dark spot on the step edges that I could not completely get out with our home carpet cleaner. They were able to remove this dirt and the stairs look like new carpet. The rest of the carpets they cleaned look great also.

Jeff came to the house and provided a detailed, written estimate and explained what he would do. He made an appointment for the work to be done, about one week later. Jeff and his brother completed the work quickly and did a great job. The furniture and carpet look good as new. They were very courteous and professional.

This is the best carpet cleaning company in Kansas City! They are prompt, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have used them for years. We have a small dog, who will eat the occasional bug and throw it up on the carpet. They gave me great tips on treating these spots. One time, the day after a carpet cleaning, our dog went at it and threw up three or four times right on my bright, freshly cleaned carpets. I called and Certified Carpet Systems sent someone out to clean the spots at no charge! They really do a great job, and Sparky loves them. I highly recommend Certified Carpet Systems, a family owned and operated business.

Duane and Levi were our cleaners on 9/23. They were both very professional. Duane does a good job explaining their process and gives you suggestions on how to better maintain the carpet. I was not as "astounded" by their work as other reports have indicated, but the cleaning was good, took about 2 hours, and they were able to remove several spots in heavily trafficked areas. They gave us a 10% discount for finding them from ethicalservices.com and left us with a complimentary bottle of stain remover. I will probably use them again.
