I hired Bill Mohn to come out and look at my Air Condenser, because I was having issues. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciate that they took the time, and effort, to resolve my problem; and didn't try to take me to the cleaners during the process. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Was over charged for service of my water heater. Experienced the same issue less than a week later. Called and was told I would be charged a service fee to come back out check the problem.

Bill was very responsive to work with and gave us an estimate on the same day and once we accepted did the work within 2 business days. He educated us on the PROS vs. CONS and did the work at the highest quality and cleaned up after he was done. Cannot recommend him highly enough. THANKS!

Hired Bill, great guy. I had programmed my thermostat as if I had a heat pump. He switched a wire. Main reason my furnace didn't work is MGE had been charging me for gas but never actually turned on my main gas line...
