He did a great job. Very personable. Good at explaining what needs to be fixed and what the next steps are.

We hired Bill to fix our parents furnace, He was quick to respond, but did not show up at time slot. Showed up 3 hrs later, said it needed a $200.00 part to fix, (cost $260.00 also charged the service fee.) Did not solve the problem. Needed another expensive part ($458.00) Did not even attempt to order for a week and a half, now the part is out of stock for a month. Too add more discomfort, he will be out of town for two months. We had to call him for this information. His other offer was to install a new furnace!!! I would not recommend his company to anyone. The house has set cold for two weeks now, with another two months till he will be back. No offer to contact someone else to look at it. I am sorry for all the negative words. If you are unsure and just try to fix part by part, trying to get someone to replace furnace, recommend someone else.

Bill Mohn and his son were there ones to replace my water heater, and not just a hired hand. I talked to them Saturday evening, and they were able to come first thing Monday morning. They did a fantastic job!

As an independent owner of his business, he was prompt and his service rate was reasonable. He diagnosed the problem and did not attempt to sell anything that would increase the total cost. He is a person I would highly recommend to others and will contact again if I should have another heater problem. A great contact to have.

Very helpful, curteous and professional. Very reasonable & came out promptly on a Sunday during one of our hottest weeks to look at my air conditioner. Discussed options & gave me clear quotes upfront. I never felt pressured & appreciate the time spent explaining & showing me. After multiple dealings with my home warranty company previously for my old, inefficient unit, I decided to upgrade & install a new unit. I am very happy I did. They were able to make sure I was comfortable until the new unit could be installed & were even able to get it in earlier than anticipated! Both Bill and Dan were great to work with. I would absolutely recommend.
