+ -1 moreThe job itself was good. Mind you I have a 70yr old concrete foundation, on a hill where the water from the back yard and the upper street hits the back of my house. Lots of water. I had Beaver put in peering on the East and South side of the house. No leaks and they did a great job. Had a few issues on the north side once the South side was fixed. You fix one thing and something else breaks. To remedy the North side issue, Beaver Foundation put in a sump pump. All in all they did a great job. It took longer than I would have liked, but I would use them again. The crew was nice and friendly, worked hard and dealt with me on all my pickyness and stupid questions.

+ 2 moreThe basement looks good other than the fact that it leaks water like a seive and the didn't wall up the space between the basement they installed and the crawl space so I have a huge gaping hole in my crawl space with no backfill so to get to the crawl space you need two ladders, one to get through the hole and then one to climb down where there is a 3 foot wide 9 foot tall tunnel in my crawl space with the north side completely exposed to the elements which I have tried to fix by using a large rock and covering it with dirt. They also didn't properly line up the egress window with the large double window on the first floor so aesthetically it looks completely off.
Description of Work: I hired Beaver Foundation Repair to install a basement underneath my home after having the space underneath my home dug out. After four years I have had to pump over 500 gallons of water out of my basement due to a faulty drain system. I contacted Randy Beaver and expressed my concerns and he wanted to come out and caulk the cold joint between the floor and the wall. All the reasearch I have done has said this will not work. He insisted that he has a special caulk and it would work so I decided to give it a try. After scheduling two separate appointments with Randy to come out and do this, at the last minute he canceled both claiming he was too busy. I finally had to hire a different company which is nation wide with a real life time warranty, not the imaginary life time warranty that Randy Beaver offers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreNot well. Beaver had honest men working for him. He never told me my front wall was lower than the other ones. He did not make the south wall even. It keeps getting more uneven. He is a fast talker. Not realiable. Would not recommend him.

+ -1 moreThe company showed up on time, performed the work, cleaned up afterwards, and left. They were very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: I had a front porch with thick brick columns that was built in 1929 and was starting to settle. I called various companies for bids and I was very impressed with Randy Beaver. I had an engineer's report on what needed to be done and the engineer told me not to let the companies talk me in to more stablization piers. He was right. Randy Beaver was the only company that looked at the report and inspected the property and agreed with the report. All the other companies wanted to put in another pier for stablization and doubling the price.+
