 + -1 moreBoth times, rather than schedule an appointment while on the phone with me, I was told I'd receive a call the following Monday (my first call was about mid-week, the second on the Friday of the week someone was to call but no one did). It is now late afternoon on the Monday after last Friday's call and still no one has called to set an appointment. I would guess they aren't that interested in fixing our awning.
Description of Work: No service has been provided despite two phone calls to the company and two promises of calls back to schedule a time to come repair our awning.
