Andy OnCall

Description of Work: We had Andy OnCall rebuild a pair of pillars on the front of our house. Misty kept me informed as to when Matt would be coming by to begin the work as we fought some wet weather that delayed the start date a few days. The work was done very well and Matt kept everything neat and clean while he was onsite. The painting and finishing is clean and looks very nice. These should hold up much better than the ones put up when the house was built in '98. Thanks folks

Description of Work: This is SECOND service date. The original service date was to have been the 20th of April, but the contractor did not show. Andy Oncall needs to screen their contractors more thoroughly to avoid this mishap from happening. The contractor that came on the second appointment, first name Bob, was a very informed, personable and impressive with his skill. I was fortunate to have that first guy quit thus getting Bob as the contractor who did the work on my home. I will continue to use Andy Oncall for services on my home but I will request that only Bob be sent to perform the work.

Description of Work: This company never responded to my email request.... I have requested and am awaiting my $35 angieslist fee refunded to me ASAP Thank you.

Description of Work: Took out old water heater and installed new one. In addition, we had him install a new faucet in our kitchen sink. The work for the water heater was completed neatly and professionally. The only problem we had was that the Natural Gas line was not tightened completely and we could smell gas. Since this occurred in the basement near the furnace we were concerned that this was not doubled and tripled checked. After soaping the connections we found where the N.G. was leaking and tightened the connection ourselves. The install for the faucet went will and was completed quickly and works great.
