It was really weird because he covered everything up so that we couldn't see it until he walked out the door, and then we found these great big chips in our nice bathtub. The tile work he did was good. They wanted to come up and touch up their own work again, but that wouldn't have solved the problem of our bathtub being chipped.

He was punctual, came on time, and went right to work. He fixed it, I paid him and he left. He was very efficient. He hardly said a word and I thought he could have said hello or how are you, or something like that. He just kind of came in, did it and walked out.

He arriver a few minutes late and went right to work in the bedroom and had the hatch installed in about two hours. We did not have to pull the dryer out for him to cut through both walls and install the paintable hatch. Then he got the tall ladder out and cleaned out the huge birds nest that was causing the problem with the high gutter. He delivered the invoice and was on his way after cleaning up everything that was not there when he arrived. He also gave us an estimate on some other work I was thinking of having done.

They were amazing and awesome. The guy was extremely helpful. He was very polite and very thorough. He gave us an awesome estimate. We were going to let them do the job. But then my friend suggested another company who was able to start a little bit quicker. I definitely would use them. They provided great customer service. They were amazing. I would have probably used them. The estimate amount was about $15000 for both the driveway and patio. I would use them because of their customer service skills. They were very detailed and thorough. They explained things. They were really easy going and no pressure at all. They were friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait for call back. The receptionist immediately scheduled for them to come out which was within a couple of days.

They have done a lot of things for me. They are very good and capable. They are nice and timely. Their price is good.

I waited to hear from company and when I didn't I called them. They refused to honor the coupon and told me to work it out with Angie's list.

My house was built in 1904 and I bought the largest window they had in stock. It wasn't the correct size but he went ahead and fixed it for me. He took his time and also didn't mind me helping him. He was great and I will have him come back to help me with more projects.

He came out and estimated work and supplies. Because it was raining, we made arrangements for him to come on the next Wednesday to do the work. He happened to be in the area on Monday, and stopped by to see if it would be OK for him to do it early. He did a good job. I am pleased. I will keep his name for other handyman jobs that come up.

I ranked the price high, but it was most likely because they weren't able to powerwash the porch (because it is an old house and there is concern about lead paint). It was just a bit out of my budget. Hoping it lasts a lot longer than the last time I had it painted, though, so if it does it will be worth the price. The trim looks so much better than what was there before (my old trim was uneven, splintered and missing in a few places and showed gaps between the porch and the stucco rails), so I am very pleased with the appearance. I painted the trim myself and saved some money, since I already had the matching paint for the house. I was very pleased with their responsiveness -- not so happy with the two other providers I worked with.

after finishishing deck job , he did not take the wood he removed from the deck back with him. he just left it there , now we have hire somebody to get rid of the wood.

The price was good; it was fair. I have told my brother about him and he is using him too. He is reliable. I will be calling him again here.

Two techs came out and each did part of removing or replacing burner unit that distributes hot burned gas to base of water heater. Also replaced "piezo spark starter" that first ignites natural gas . They came on time, did job quickly and efficiencily, cleaned up, packed, and left. $125.00 chg less angies list 25.00 coupon for svcs over $100.00. They accepted check as agreed. Parts arrived day early and after calling them, they came out day earlier than first scheduled.

Provider was on time, professional and did a great job for us. The price seemed a bit high but he got it done quickly with no problems so that has a value. We will get quotes from them on future jobs we need done.

My experience with this provider was over 6 months ago, so I'm paraphrasing the conversations by memory, but the overall experience is accurate. The provider was prompt with the appointment for an estimate, but was unable to provide the estimate without running it through the "home office" which took some time. And when the estimate came back relatively high he commented on how silly it was that he had to go through this process and he could probably do it for less himself. I'm still not entirely clear on their relationship, but it appeared to me that Andy on Call uses independent local contractors to represent them which only seems to complicate the process. They may do good work but it wasn't worth the hassle to find out.

The service was real good. He did a very good follow up job. They found some problems and they were able to deal with it. They made a good order as far as pricing and speed.

They did well, but the estimates and calls back and forth from the contractor to the billing people was frustrating. I might have preferred a per hour or per visit fee.

I had a problem with my dishwasher falling out of the wall; they took one screw and fixed it in like 20 seconds wherein everybody else said that they can’t do things like that. They are pretty great. I am very pleased with them and that’s why I have called them again today to have a screen door fixed. I thought their prices were a little high but it is very painstaking picky work. It was not like they could just go in and do the work really quick; it was better than doing it on my own. They were very nice, personable and very quite. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked; they would do a window and clean it up completely then go on to the next one. They were very methodical. Their alarm clock broke so they were late so I don’t hold it against them. They were very professional.

Failed to complete the job (plumbing does NOT work), damaged material and charged for it, charged for "parts" off the truck, no clean up of job site. Very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Price changed from initial bid without any modifications of the contract. Unethical. Water damage to drywall and the water broke through the ceiling. Job completely unfinished relative to this contract.

Showed up when he said he would and got the work done in a timely fashion

We were very happy. He did a good job. He came when he was supposed to and he was polite.

It was an okay experience. The price was about right. He was on time and professional. But he didn’t tighten up the natural gas line and it completely smelled gas.

The guy they sent did some excellent work. I think that they are a little pricey, but the work was done to my satisfaction.

They did good quality work. Everything looked new after they finished! We are satisfied with their work.
