House as 1 35 foot duct with 2 branches about 8 feet; 1 story ranch 1400 sq feet; Showed up 1st thing int he morning on June 4, 2024 20 minutes late on in a beatup white van with an assistant with dirty torn jeans and tshirt; told me he could not use his equipment on my HVAC (4 year old system) and took an small pot belly home depot air compressor and blew air in the vents without taking off the vent covers off, then turned on my fan; Put a intake fan on the living room floor supposedly to collect all the dust. Was at my home for 30 minutes total charged $350 (VENMO) and did not give me a receipt. I had to vacuum and dust all my back bedrooms for the next 2 days. I called and complained that I was not paying $700 a hour for this poor work. He said he charges the same regardless of house size or equipment used; asked for my email to send a receipt; was out of town and said he would call the next week to refund some money. Never called.
