+ -1 moreit was aug and 100 degrees. they saved us from a lot of misery. verry nice people to deal with.they actualy cared that my mother was 80 and ill.it was perfectially done and next day service. as the years go by service is needed on all units and they came soon to repair or maintain the unit.i would call them first before replacing the heat/ac unit.it is 15 years old and still working perfect.i know nothing lasts forever but i can call and get a tech here for any problems.
Description of Work: we called several a/c companys for estimates.ross was the only one who responded.they came the next day and priced the job. it was within the range we expeced to pay.they replaced the central a/c-heating unit asap.it worked perfectialy.after a few years they were called for minor repairs and maintace.same or next day they came and took care of our problems.i couldnt ask for any better service or responce.i would recomend them to my family and friends

+ -1 moreWe called Mike over the weekend and left a message. He called me first thing Monday morning. He was at my house before 9 AM. He got everything going in no time. He is very professional and courteous. I will definitely call him anytime I need Heat or Air service.
Description of Work: Checked out system. Replaced a part on the blower motor and added freon.
