Description of Work: Replaced vinyl siding on one side of house. Delayed job one week due to materials.,otherwise on time and budget. Did add on project as requested (built cover for generator) .

Description of Work: We called Tom first to help with a very large oak tree limb that had fallen across our driveway. He gave a good price and cleaned it up very efficiently. Then we asked for a quote on some other tree trimming that needed to be done. He gave one, we checked a few other sources and his couldn't be beat so we gave him the job. He came out and again completed the work very efficiently. We plan to have him back for some other work soon.

Description of Work: Installed a security camera at my property and sealed the hole where the wire from the camera went into the inside of the house. Everything went just fine.

Description of Work: Painting, resurfaced porch | |Did not paint front edge part of porch behind bushes after being asked to do so. |Got varnish on window panes of front door while re-varnishing wood door. They attempted to scrape off but did not remove all, it is still on glass in several places. Painting looks good on rest of house and the rockers we had painted on porch. Had to clean up mess on patio they left. Had to re-install sliding screen door that was taken off to paint trim that they did not put back.

Description of Work: Well the dropped the ceiling to replace it did not cover door ways and I had my whole house and inside my closets covered in insulation dust. They used the wrong length of screws for hanging the Sheetrock and they all had to be replaced. He was never there and the people who were there were inexperienced and all the work they done had to be redone and it took weeks to get the dust cleaned up

Description of Work: tiled backsplash in kitchen, put up crown moulding, caulked and painted same. good quality and workmanship. provided labor only. would recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: Broke through concrete and patched water leak.

Description of Work: I had a number of projects for them to do. Replace furnace filters under the house, Reinforce the porch railing, seal a pipe on the roof of a building, Repair gutter guard and repair a crack in the concrete parking pad. They have a minimum charge to come and tell you what each project will cost before they do it.

Description of Work: Came and looked at the job told me they'd get back with me in a week and they never did.

Description of Work: They cleaned my guttering and installed one new down spout. It took a couple of weeks for them to do it as they were really busy but they came when they said they would, did a good job and cleaned up.

Description of Work: I had them do many small projects to help get my house ready to sell - stain and seal the deck, replace some broken siding pieces, install 2 ceiling fans, install spa faucet and shower head, install new gaskets and paint garage door trim, install new mail box, repair dents in front door, repair drywall where door knob had punctured it and spray paint 3 light fixtures and re-install them. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: I have also referred Tom Machado to several clients and friends. After the tornado someone like Tom, given his wide range of skills, experience and reasonable prices have been a blessing to the area.
