Tarantola Remodeling

Our project with Joe went absolutely spectacularly! From the planning, to the start date, to demo, to the painting and installs. Communication outstanding all along the way. We had some supply chain delay issues (vendor related), and Joe did a fine job mitigating any slowdowns. We are **** happy with our results and will use him again. I am almost hesitant to give him this glowing review because I am afraid y'all will steal him from us!😆 Really, you should use Joe. Your house will thank you.

I had to go back a second time to request a bid. They did not show up the first time so I rescheduled a second time. They gave me a very short, non-detailed price. I did not take their bid. They did respond, but it was less than timely. I did the job with another company for about $7,000 and Tarantola's bid was about $11,000. They could improve the initial customer service response. I am out looking for somebody to do work and it was a great deal of difficulty to get them to actually come out and even give me a bid. If the company does not want to do the work say I am sorry I am busy and I can't quote. Don't say they will be there and then they are sorry they can't be there. I was not pleased with their response in getting a bid from them. They gave me a bid, it took a while to get it from them and it was higher than my other bid. Their price was high. It was a fair quoted price.
