Unfortunately, I don't write as many positive reviews as I should for a job well done, but it would be a crime to not to let the world know how great Robert is at RPF. Robert immediately responded to my initial call, scheduled an appointment, and arrived when he said he would. He listened to our vision and offered great alternatives that we ended up choosing. The price was fair and affordable, and he did whatever it took to make everything right -- all before asking for a penny. Very responsive to phone calls and concerns, friendly, smart and did a great job of keeping me in the loop without demanding all of my time. I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. Highly recommend!!!

Prompt, professional, did what he said, kept me informed of what was happening, followed up to make sure I was happy, helped me with an issue he didn't have to, helped me find other contractors that were equally qualified, experienced and caring. So unlike the current construction world. I am a happy camper with his work!

Excellent! Robert responded to our call right away, gave us a reasonable estimate for the work, allowing us to select the color and type of stone used. Work was started and completed on the scheduled day. What a nice improvement! They were very professional and completely swept up all dirt, etc. Absolutely would recommend them and hire again for any other projects.

He's always courteous, friendly & quick to respond. If there is anything that wasn't quite the way I envisioned it, he fixes it without complaint or extra cost. He even came back out a year later to regrade part of the swale that wasn't quite perfect & didn't charge me for it!

Robert P. Friel was the gentleman that bid the work and completed most of the project. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He provided a very specific drawing and a very specific statement of work. During the process he was always punctual, professional, courteous and friendly. He and his team completed the project in an efficient manner paying attention to detail every during every step of the project. These are the kind of people that deliver more than they promise! I would definitely recommend Robert if you have any drainage work that needs to be completed. This young man will definitely be a major contractor in this market some day, he has all the gifts of a great entrepreneur and successful business person. High level of communication, fair price, excellent work ethic, attention to detail, honor and integrity. As well as great manners.
