Good job and came back the next day after I noticed a small chip ---very responsive.

It did not go well at all, Had difficulty in getting him to work in any kind of time frame, and he kept making excuses for not showing up to do work. What cracks he filled was not correct, and the sealant he used was watered down with something and he did not even get the lot covered ( only 60% that was not satisfactory). H wanted 55% up front and then demanded final payment with a promise to complete the work the day of final payment which he did not do. He defrauded the church and refused to answer our calls and certified letter sent to him. We spoke with a lawyer and was informed the individual was not licensed in Kansas and in reality the cost to pursue this individual in Missouri would be prohibitive and likely the individual would not have any funds to recoup our loss. We decided to let the issue go with informing your agency so as to prevent any other organization the frustration and loss of funds dealing with Mr. Korey Roak and K.R. Construction Contracting LLC.

They responded to estimate job within 45 minutes of call. They provided only a verbal bid which was much higher than other bids we recieved. He called back a few days later and said they made a mistake when figuring and figured the cost of new driveway rather than cost of repair and repave. It was then competitive.

KR came by our home in May offering to seal the drive. We told him we would call if needed the work. They left a card with contact information. Thought it was time for sealing in about mid July and my husband called KR for the work. It took some discussion to pin them down on a price to fill the cracks and seal the entire drive. We agreed that they would do the complete job for $800. They completed the work that night 7/26/12. It was dark when they left and told me to call them the next day if they had missed any cracks and they would fill them in. There were some cracks remaining so my husband called the next day and they said they would be back. They did not contact us again. My husband called weekly for the next 3 weeks with no response. Since there was no response, my husband began to call at least once a day. On one occasion, he did get someone to answer who said he was in a meeting and would call back in 15 minutes. No call. On 8/19/12 I reported KR to the better business bureau in Missouri. On 8/25/12 at 9:00 pm, we received a phone call from the person at KR who was rude and agrumentative. He spoke to my husband in a manner that was not conherent and behaved as someone under the influence. We offered to withdraw all complaints if he would just come back and complete the job as promised. The man continued to argue. My husband ended the call. At the of the call, my husband told him not to come back to our property under any circumstances. We have not heard anything further.

Kory was very professional and knowledgeable on asphalt. Reasonably priced and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
