Unfortunately, no one would want to hear certain results from the Inspector. They were anticipated and Nick was very helpful in progressing through the Inspection and are in process of the remediation. He also offered suggestions for those workers needed during the process - and that was very helpful to me.

Need to contact customer after the inspection with what needs to be done. I had to reach out to them and have not heard from them since even after leaving phone message needing to know recomendations.

It seemed weird that they did not measure in the basement or the actual rooms where we watched tv or slept. The report was not very easy to understand, I had to ask them to interpret. Basically they didn’t find anything and yet my allergies are really bad when the house it closed up. They suggested we get our duct work cleaned and said they would send me references twice. I emailed letting them know I hadn’t received it yet and I got back a name of hector and a phone number, that was it! They were friendly and calling me when they wanted payment tho. I’m just suspicious of the results for $325!

More user-friendly report documents would be helpful.

Had a quick response. My air quality was within normal range for allergens. Good to know there was no mold or toxic gases in my house.

He was able to tell me that I didn't have any harmful mold in my house with his air quality test. He also mentioned that a vent cleaning might also help with my allergies.
