Description of Work: The lights and our garage would not come on. We looked in the Yellow Pages and called two our three electrical companies to come out and repair the problem. I got telephone quotations ranging from $150- $200. There was generally $100 charge just to come out and diagnosed the problem then the charge was 75- $100 per hour to repair. I remembered approximately 2 years ago we had used a young man Jacob Ward that work far and electrical company, he was a certified master electrician. After digging around we found his and number and called him; he came out the next day 8 AM on time as promised. Jacob went to the garage diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and hand us an invoice for $40. He found it to be a loose wire in one of the switches which he immediately repaired closed everything up, checked everything and came in to present his bill. I ask you when is the last time that you got a master electrician out that is certified and insured for research or reasonable figure. I have used Jacob services approximately 8 to 10 times over the last 5 to 6 years and I have always found him to be courteous, punctual, easy to work with, explaining everything he is going to do our that will need to be done in great detail, has always been clean and polite, and most all very reasonably price. I have used Jacob services to install ceiling fans, to fix outdoor lighting issues, to trace down electrical shorts in the outdoor lighting system, to do work at the breaker box on the inside; and never once have I been disappointed in his service is professionalism or his price.
