+ -1 moreShould be minus stars!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Suppose to arrive between 8am and noon!! Was. NO SHOW...NO CALL!!! Called and spoke to Julia at 1:20pm and was to call me back...NEVER CALLED BACK!!! At 3pm two arrogant inconsiderate jerks show up like it’s no big deal. I told them they were to be here between 9-12. One laughed saying...I tell time by the sun so it’s cloudy. The other one laughs with him! TALK ABOUT DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I feel EVERGREEN SHOULD BE PAYING ME FRIDAY FOR THE ENTIRE DAY I LOST OF $200.00!!!!!!!!! Called and a girl said that she would call me back AFTER TALKING TO THE OWNER..been almost 24 hours soooooo I guess the owner doesn’t care his employees are arrogant inconsiderate disrespectful and irresponsible jerks!!! Maybe he will care once I start telling people about them including several huge home builders in the area...maybe that might get his attention!!! People my advise DO NOT USE EVERGREEN FLOORING PERIOD!!!!
Description of Work: New carpet in a townhouse we just leased was HORRIBLY installed...cut too short in places..cuts and tears in places..coming up off stairs. Evergreen took a full week to even call and set and appointment to restretch it if possible....but if they were the original installers they did a HORRENDOUS job..never seen carpet so badly installed in my life!!!
