 + -1 moreWhen they arrived the siding company gave them the wrong directions of what I wanted done, but they were very helpful to accommodate my wishes. They also told me I had a flashing problem at the corner of the roof line causing a water problem. While installing the guttering, they fixed the flashing problem. I was very impressed that they made the extra effort to totally fix my problem. They were very courteous as well.
Description of Work: Duncan Guttering was subcontracted by my siding company. I wanted a correction made to one gutter and to have it come down the side of the house into a drain. I also wanted new gutters installed on the sides of my front porch that would be directed into drains.

 + -1 moreTroy and his helper arrived @ 11:00 AM. After "walking around the house" to find what we wanted in the way of downspouts and out flows, they went right to work and completed the job by 2:00 PM. Troy communicated with us through the entire process to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted, even suggesting solutions, where we were not sure. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Installed new guttering on whole house following reroofing.
