First, my apologies for not meeting your expectations for my cleaning service. However, I need to provide you with a more thorough explanation as to why things happen as they did. As for being late the first time it was my fault by writing down the wrong address, and that's totally on me. And my reason for being late on the second appointment date, I do my best to accommodate all my clients, as I know how valuable their time is. However, it's sometimes difficult to guesstimate how long a particular cleaning job will take. Because most of my cleaning appointments, are taken over the phone and are sight unseen. This of course this is something that more than likely will happen from time to time with everybody. Just because I will not, nor will I ever hurry through the appointment that I’m currently at, just so I can arrive on time to the next appointment. This would not be fair to you, or for my next appointment to rush through the cleaning just to be on time. As far as the carpet appearing to be more soiled after I cleaned it. I know my equipment or cleaning process did not produce any staining. It may have (because of the equipment malfunction) did not provide adequate vacuum for the cleaning process, and what you're seeing is the result of wicking and nothing more, I’ll know more if I can see what you are referring to. This is why I have a guarantee on my workmanship, and will re-clean any area that you are not happy with. I take pride in my work and the reason I did not charge you anything is really rather simple, I was not able complete your cleaning that you requested. I know this goes completely against the norm of what other company’s request. (For example, you need to pay me what I did.) I choose not to run my business that way. I know it seems odd, but this is just my way of doing business. Believe me I was quite upset when I had the equipment breakdown. This was an ongoing problem I had with a new machine. After numerous visits having it repaired time and time again. They finally agreed to re-place it with a new machine. And finally, If I had been a little more diligent in my follow-up with you, all of this could have been avoided. Hopefully, if you'll permit me I will come by and re-clean everything you requested. The only cost to you will be in your time and faith in me one more time. Thank you.
