Description of Work: The owner/operator did a wal- thru with me to assess any stains and issues. Then he steam-cleaned 5 rooms and 3 sets of stairs. He was wfficient , courteous and had me check his work several times during the process. He was here for 2 hours . Did a good job, would use again.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedroom carpets and 1 set of carpeted stairs. The owner, Mr. Edgmond, performed all the work. From the first phone contact to the job completion, he was courteous, professional, and very conscientious about being thorough and doing the best possible job. The carpets looked fantastic. One thing I really appreciated was he actually calls when he says he will, confirms appointment the day beforehand, and even called on the cleaning day to see if it was OK to arrive 45 minutes early. I would absolutely recommend this provider and will definitely use his service again!
