Description of Work: Robert was great to work with, both on the phone and in person. He was on time, and the work was superior to any carpet cleaning I have had before. He gave me a discounted price, even though the configuration of rooms I had cleaned didn't really fit his current special. He also gave me tips on how to deal with spots, and said just to call him if I forgot his advice and wanted a reminder. I will definitely use his carpet cleaning services again, and have recommended him to friends.

Description of Work: We had just bought a resale home, and had Bob come and clean all the carpets before we moved in. Bob arrived promptly and got right to work. He cleaned four large bedrooms,a very large recreation room, living room, office and a set of stairs. I felt the price was more than fair for the huge amount of square footage that he cleaned. The carpets came out great. The carpet took a little longer than I thought to completely dry; however it was during the humid rainy rainy weather we were having in Kansas City which probably influenced that. I will certainly is Bob again for periodic cleanings.
