Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in entire house. Responded promptly to phone calls and responsive to all questions. Arrived on time and completed work on a timely manner. Was able to remove the tough stains found in basement carpet. Will gladly use them again!

Description of Work: Bob is very customer-service oriented. He is responsive and does a thorough job. He was able to fit me into a tight holiday schedule and clean the areas I needed, plus two area rugs that had been unexpectantly soiled the night before.

Description of Work: Great communication, followed up day before for confirmation, called in route and said he'd be a bit early was that ok, and got in and out as efficiently as possible. Cleaned downstairs, stairs leading down to basement and stairs leading to 2nd floor. Top notch, will use again!

He was quick, efficient and very thorough...making sure I was happy with the cleaning before packing up and leaving. I will definitely use him again next time!

Description of Work: He cleaned two rooms in the home - the basement and the upstairs living room. The basement remained wet for about 3 days, after he told us it would be dry in 24 hours. The spots in both the basement and the upstairs came back with a vengence. We tried on SEVERAL occasions to get him back out to re-treat the areas (like he promised he would if the spots came back) and he never returned any one of our 10 phone calls and/or emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Description of Work: Bob cleaned all of the carpet in our home, along with a large area rug. He pointed out that he uses a lower water pressure process than the larger cleaning chains, which results in a somewhat longer cleaning time but much faster drying. Our carpet looks and smells fantastic and all surfaces were almost completely dry 12 hours later. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and we will definitely use him for all of our carpet cleaning going forward.
