+ 0 moreBob called the eve before to confirm. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. The carpet had been cleaned previously by another company but the stain returned. Bob was able to get the stains out. The sofa cleaned up nicely, with a few spots remaining and the ottoman was cleaner, but still had stains. He had explained his customer service philosophy: He wants you to be happy with his work or he'll come back and fix it so I called. He came back cheerfully, completely recleaned both the sofa and the ottoman (both needed a tool that used more moisture for cleaning), and they both turned out great!
Description of Work: Bob cleaned a badly stained microfiber sofa and pillows, a large ottoman, and spot cleaned two large areas of bedroom carpet.

+ -1 moreI looked up carpet cleaners on Angies List and found The Cleaning Edge. Our puppies had about ruined our carpet, we thought, but The Cleaning Edge made it look like new. He was on time, very courteous, quick and thorough. I was just a tiny bit disappointed that the carpet was pretty damp when he was done. He took special care of all of the furniture. We were over-all very satisfied with price and the service and would recommend The Cleaning Edge to others.
Description of Work: We have two puppies that about ruined our carpet. We tried spot cleaning and shampooing it ourselves and it made it worse. The Cleaning Edge gentleman came and cleaned the carpet and made it look new again.

+ -1 moreI was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. Robert called the night before to confirm the time and location. He was here right on the dot! I received a new client discount which was significant for a small job, and I thought was very, very nice. He also left me with a bottle of spot treatment cleaner. The carpet looks like new and the mildew odor is gone. Robert took great care to protect the walls with his hoses and everything was left in great order. I could not be happier and would definitely call him again and absolutely recommend him for any job.
Description of Work: I had recently had water damage in my basement and the carpet was stained from the water as well as smelling mildewed. Robert cleaned the area that was damaged and sprayed for mildew.

It's been several weeks and the spots have not reappeared! As others reported, he called to confirm our appointment the night before and left a bottle of cleaner behind. We went over my apartment together and he actually listened to the concerns that I had regarding some tough spots. He assured me he could get them out and he did!! My carpet looks brand new and it has made me very happy and proud of my home once again. He really knows this business and he will forever have mine.
Description of Work: Robert cleaned my living room, hallway, dining room and bedroom. Also the top half of 2 white brocade dining room chairs. I have lived in this apartment for 5 years and the carpets were horrible. The apartment maintenance crew had cleaned 2-3 times before but they were in and out in about 15 minutes. They did such a poor job and left behind a soapy residue which only serves to attract and trap dirt faster than normal. Robert spent a full hour and forty five minutes cleaning and going over spots from my pet, old dirt and oil spots from where I do my massage work. He is a miracle man!!! I will always use his service and refer him to everyone I can think of!

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT WITH ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM AREAS. HE SET OUT PLASTIC GUARDS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE NONE OF HIS HOSES SCRAPED THE WALLS OR BANNISTERS. ROBERT MOVED ALL OF OUR LARGE FURNITURE AND VERY CAREFULLY CLEANED EVERY AVAILABLE INCH OF OUR HOUSE. HE WAS ABLE TO GET OUT RUST STAINS, SPILL STAINS, AND CLEANED UP A NUMBER OF PROBLEM AREAS. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, HE GAVE ME A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF CARPET SPOT CLEANER.

He cleaned all the rooms (including moving furniture) in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and was very thorough. We had only asked him to clean a few rooms and one set of stairs but he gladly cleaned all the carpet in the house and it looks brand new. We would use him again and highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: On 7/30/05 Robert cleaned all carpeted areas of our house, including stairs. He surveyed all areas prior to beginning any work to check for areas he needed to pre-treat. He was able to tell me what stains or spots where within a few seconds of looking at them, and got a marker stain our of the carpet that had been there for at least 3 months. Additionally, knowing that our furniture was arriving the next day, he kindly did additional drying passes over the carpets, so that we didn't need to worry about dampness when the movers arrived. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Description of Work: On 12/5/05 Robert re-cleaned several high traffic carpeted areas of our house, including stairs and also cleaned our 6 dining room chair cushions. He surveyed all areas prior to beginning any work to check for areas he needed to pre-treat. Several of the dining room cushions needed to be pre-treated due to food stains. He moved and protected furniture with foam pads. He completed all work carefully and deliberately. He wiped up all excess water. The dining room chairs came out perfect! He arrived a few hours later and the stains are 100% gone. Bob then proceeded to clean our 24' hallway and the entire bedroom free of charge!! He threw in a $30 'new customer credit'!! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will be using him again for all of our carpet needs.
