I first seen this company on Angie’s list and couldn’t believe all the reviews he had. Bob gave me a fair quote over the phone to do every room in our house and that was good enough for me. When he got to our house he gave me the advertised quote he had going on at the time on Angie’s List so the quote was even lower than I expected which allowed me to do two interior rugs and stay within the price range I wanted. The carpet looks great by the way and I’ll call Bob from now on for any future carpet needs,

Bob is outstanding! He was prompt in his response, punctual, honest and extremely hard working. He takes pride in his workmanship and our carpets have never looked better! I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Bob is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. Getting in touch with him to book the appointment was easy. He texted us the night before to remind us of his arrival time and was there exactly on time the next day. He was thorough and precise, even putting up guards on corners so his hoses wouldn't harm the paint and moldings. Our rugs and carpet look fantastic and drying time was minimal. He also did the work for an extremely attractive price. It was great working with him and we'll definitely hire him again!

Bob was great. He called to confirm appointment when I booked, then also called night before to confirm next day arrival. When he arrived I showed him multiple stains on my white carpet and mentioned I had other companies come out to clean in the past. With the other companies my carpet would look good for a few days, then the stains would tend to come back. He said he knew exactly how to treat them and I would be happy with the results. He was right! Almost a month later and my white carpets look as nice as the day he cleaned them. I would definitely use Cleaning Edge again.

The cleaner called earlier in the day asking if it was okay if he came earlier than the scheduled time. When he arrived we reviewed the rooms and stairs that were to be cleaned. As he set up to clean he placed guards around the woodwork where the hoses would run to get the different rooms.

Cleaning Edge provided an excellent service at a very fair price. Bob is a man who takes great pride in his work and will not stop until the customer is 100% satisfied. He went above and beyond what was asked for. Our carpets look great and smell fresh. We have used the bigger companies, but have not been as pleased with the outcome. Cleaning Edge deserves 2 thumbs up and then some!

We needed to have our carpet cleaned for our carpet warranty. We had no stains of any kind to take care of. Bob did an excellent job. He cleaned three bedrooms, hallway, living room, entrance, and stairs. I have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely hire again when it comes time to have our carpet cleaned again.

Let me start by saying we have had many companies come and clean our carpets- hands down Bob is the BEST. He was flexible with our change in our schedule and even worked a late Saturday night to help us out. No one does this anymore but Bob didn’t hesitate. Before Bob came, my husband and I knew we were just getting our carpets cleaned to get by for a month or so until we could get new carpet. One of our dogs had been pretty sick and we felt ruined our upstairs carpet. After Bob finished cleaning our carpets, we were amazed. We don’t have to get new carpet- and ours is 15 years old- and we found a carpet cleaner for life. If you don’t hire Bob, you are truly missing out of quality service from a wonderful man!

Bob is extremely knowledgeable about specific carpet stains. One bedroom had 2 yr. old rust-like spots from water mixing with a metal cabinet and another bedroom had remnants of a school paint project accidentally staining the carpet. Bob worked his magic and all stains were removed. Initially, I thought those stains were a lost cause and we would need to replace carpeting. Bob's pricing is in-line with other cleaners, but his willingness to go the extra mile makes him a winner. My son's apartment had significant stains from two cats, and Bob spent an extra amount of time with those stains. I would not use anyone else to clean my carpets.

Bob was very professional and did a great job! When he was done, the carpets looked great and smelled very nice. They were also minimally damp and could be walked on immediately. He did our master suite, hallway, stairs, and family room. We didn't need any stain removal or anything more intense. Wonderful value!
