I called Cleaning Edge the Thursday before Thanksgiving and wanted some cleaning done prior to Thanksgiving. I could tell he was already quite booked up, but offered Saturday afternoon or Wed afternoon. I selected Sat afternoon and he showed up a little before the scheduled time. He called prior to showing up to let me know he would be there soon. The experience was great. He provided good information about handling stains in the future. I appreciated the fact that there were no "sell" tactics that you get with other companies. I was very pleased with the cleaning.

Excellent, from making the initial appointment to the actual work. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Cleaning Edge again.

Bob is always terrific, and the rugs look wonderful. He is polite, on time, and always calls the night before as a reminder. He works hard and is very friendly.

Bob came out two days after I called him and gave us an estimate on cleaning the twelve year-old carpet in our house. It had been through two teenage boys and two dogs, so we weren't sure if we should just replace it or try to clean it. Bob said he thought it would clean up nice, and the estimate was very reasonable, so we scheduled the appointment. He let us know what furniture he would move, what we needed to do, and what couldn't be moved. On cleaning day, Bob arrived about twenty minutes early to set up. He did a fantastic job on all of the carpets, I really had my doubts but, they look amazing! He was fast, efficient, and very personable. He used corner guards and padding on all areas where hoses, etc., might rub against stairs, walls, doors. He was very patient when my beagle insisted on trying to catch the cleaning nozzle. My next door neighbors asked him to come over when he was finished and give them an estimate to clean the carpets in their home, and he is going to do their house, also.

Showed up on time for initial inspection. Scanned all carpets for stains using UV light. I was surprised to find dog urine stains in some parts of house. Apparently some friends little dog was marking a few spots when we weren't looking! Bob told us not to worry, his machine and chemicals would eliminate any problems. Bob gave us an estimate of $480 for the entire house. We scheduled a cleaning for Monday morning at 9:30 AM. Bob said he would call prior to coming and about 8:30 PM Sunday night he called and confirmed. He showed up promptly at 9:30; set up his equipment and went right to work. I cannot express how pleased I was with his work. My Johnson County beige carpets have never looked better! The last time they were cleaned was when I rented a Rug Doctor. Areas that were heavily soiled that were unaffected by the Rug Doctor were returned to like new condition! Rust spots and grease spots were removed! I joined Angie's list because I have never been satisfied with any carpet cleaner. This experience alone has justified my decision. I cannot imagine anyone having a bad experience with Bob.

Mr. Edgmond arrived exactly on time, and the bill was exactly as he bid. The carpets were cleaned better than any other cleaning service I have had in the past. Old stains were gone and the carpets looked new.

Bob does wonderful work. The carpets were all a light cream beige color and had not been cleaned for over a year (we had so many other things to attend to!), they were stained and in bad shape. But after Bop cleaned them, they actually looked like new--it was really remarkable. Bob uses hot-water extraction method of cleaning with a mild cleanser--I feel this is one of the best ways to actually clean a carpet. I will not let harsh chemicals in my house and I use environmentally safe methods whenever possible. Bob mirrors my concerns. A big van with the vacuum unit, sits out in the driveway, while Bob uses the vacuum wand end inside. There is very little noise as well. I have used Bob for years now and I frankly would not let any other company touch my carpets. Bob places the leg's of any furniture that can't be moved on small 2 inch (?) foam risers--so no furniture finish will touch damp carpeting. Carpeting is usually dry within a day after cleaning. You can't go wrong with Bob doing the job--as owner of the company, he actually does the work too. I highly recommend Cleaning Edge.

Very good experience with this company. Was able to get cleaning within a few days. Although no furniture moved, the traffic areas were very dirty. Bob did an excellent job of cleaning. He cleaned better than any other carpet cleaning company I have previously used, and his price was much better than the others. I will definitely use him again.

My experience with Cleaning Edge was just what I would look for when contracting someone to come to my home and work. The best part was the surprise I got when Cleaning Edge actually got up stains from my carpets that I had been told by a previous carpet cleaner could not be cleaned.

Terrific. Bob pulled in the driveway at 1:00 on the dot. He was extremely professional and conscientious.

Robert did an excellent job from start to finish. He took extra care not to scuff the floor trim when he moved the hose from room to room and payed special attention to the high traffic areas. Robert took his time to make sure the job was done right. Honest work for honest pay.

He came just after noon and was gone in about an hour. It did not take him long to get the stain out and my carpet looks new again.

Most of the carpet is white and we have a little puppy who left stains all over the carpet, and Cleaning Edge did an outstanding job. The carpets look like new. Their price was less than half one estimate and a third less than another. They were very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them. I recently had this company come back to do some spot cleaning on my carpet that had some dirt spots. They did an excellent job and they do great work.

Robert arrived promptly at the appointment time. After listening carefully about what I needed cleaned, he set straight to work. Robert is very efficient in his task and was finished in a timely fashion. He was professional and personable in our transaction wrap-up. He also wasn't freaked out by my dogs, so they were calm around him.

Bob gets out spots our previous carpet cleaner didn't and does an overall better job, for the same price if not less.

Bob was punctual, personable, and very professional. He quoted me his rates over the phone and adhered to them. He was efficient and finished the job within the time frame he had indicated. Actually, his final price was a bit under what I had expected to pay, including my Angie's List discount. When he was finished, he even gave me a complimentary bottle of spot treatment for future use. I was very well pleased with the work.

Bob always arrives on time and finishes his job to completion in a timely manner. This time, 6 months after an automobile accident he still was able to do the job even though I could see he was in some pain yet from the accident. He completed the job in less than 2 hours which is still amazing.

I called for an appointment and discussed my approximate situation. He gave a ballpark estimate of $150. I followed by making an appointment and Mr. Edgemond showed up exactly on time and finished in just about 2 hours. The final cost was $138 and the results were immaculate - I could not give a higher rating and will certainly use him again.

Both rooms looked great; very noticably and uniformly cleaner, spot-less, and no more pet odors! Robert was very efficient (about 1.5 hours), moving the furniture as he went and placing carpet protectors under items when he moved them back while the carpet dried. He assured me that his cleaners were 100% safe for small children. It took the rest of the day for the carpet to dry well, but I am very satisfied overall. Robert also gave a couple of tips to hopefully keep the cat from soiling the carpet again, especially since we were about to be gone for a few days.

Excellent work. Very friendly and reliable. I have already used them again.

He arrived at my home on time. I showed him the sofa, the pillows, and the stains on the loveseat that I wanted cleaned. He examined them and got right to work, telling me that it would take a few minutes to set up. He put shields on the corners of my walls so his equipment wouldn't damage them. After he completed the cleaning, he asked me to look at it and tell him what I thought. It was excellent. He told me about a $30 discount that he gives to new customers (I knew nothing about it). I then asked him to clean the pillows on my loveseat. He did, only charging me $4.00, for a total of $70.00. I gave him a check for $75.00 because he worked so hard and did a great job. We then had a lengthy discussion about upholstery fabrics and cleaning those and carpet. He also gave me a free bottle of stain remover. What a refreshing change from those chain services that are unprofessional, unfriendly, do the bare minimum, and don't know anything about fabrics and cleaning them.

Fantastic job! The rugs smell and look fabulous, as does the upholstery. Super nice guy, very polite, on time. He even helped me rotate my rugs to decrease the wear. Cleaning Edge does a much more thorough job than others I have tried. He also used a minimal amount of cleaning solution, as per my request, because I have a sensitive nose.

Absolutely remarkable. If we could ask for a service experience to go exactly a certain way, this is how it would be done. Getting an appointment was no problem and Bob called the night before to confirm. Arrived right on time. Was very detail-oriented and made special efforts to clean spots that were pointed out to him before the job began. Worked hard and efficiently while at the house. And the carpet just looked fantastic when it was finished. Best of all, it was clear throughout the job that his #1 priority was our satisfaction. I wish his service abilities could be bottled and given to every company in every category. Honestly, I'm not sure we ever knew that anyone other than a certain national company did carpet cleaning, until we saw the great ratings for Cleaning Edge on Angie's List. I'm very glad we did!

As always, Robert arrived on time and began to work, as soon as he arrived. I always expect a job well done, when he is here and this time was no exception. Robert dd a fantastic job cleaning all the areas, I mentioned and did it in a timely manner. I am very please with his work.

This was a tough job for anyone. There was literally not a 2 inch square area that didn't have a stain of some kind on it. Mr. Edgmond called the night before to confirm the appointment for the following day, then showed up right on time. He evaluated the areas, told me what he planned to do, then got right down to business. I really thought the job would take at least 2 hours, he was done in an hour and a half and the carpets looked amazing. There were a couple of old stains that I had tried to remove months ago on my own with a conventional carpet stain remover spray that did not completely come out. Other than that, I was impressed with how thorough a job Mr. Edgmond did. This job was completed about a week before Thanksgiving of 2006. I am writing this (late) in January of 2007 and my carpets still look wonderful! I will definitely use Cleaning Edge in the future and recommend it to neighbors and friends.
