Very, very impressed with the whole experience.Carpets looked brand new again and it was so nice to experience great customer service! I seriously thought the brown spots left by our dog in the dining room carpet would not come out. It was a pleasant surprise! Answered phone right away and was able to come out that same day to provide a detailed walkthrough and estimate. Services were able to be scheduled the following day. I was at work but left him our code and he called to let me know he was starting the work, called to let me know he left the house, and even followed up that evening to make sure we were satisfied with the services. We definitely plan on using him again! Thank you!

Service was excellent! Pre-call communication was outstanding. A very welcome variance from today's unresponsive customer-service world. These guys deserve the A rating they have earned.

We've used Bob and his company, Cleaning Edge, for years. He is the owner and sole operator of his company and really does nice work. He is careful to listen and address any concerns we may have. He always uses corner guards to protect walls and puts special padding and wedges under furniture so the carpet can dry properly. He used a hot water extraction method with a gentle cleaner that I prefer over the dry chemical method. The carpets always look fantastic when he finishes. He even tries the tough stains that occur and is usually successful getting them out. He does a great job--he is the only guy I trust to do our carpets.

Bob was very nice and happy to do the job. He was prompt, available, and willing to work with our schedules. He was nice, pleasant, and provided advice to us as to how to deal with present and future issues that have or might present themselves. He gave us an estimate that was accurate, and despite us adding to the job, he most certainly did not overcharge us. We were very happy with Bob, and would certainly recommend him to others, as well as use him again.

The company was very thorough and professional. The carpet dried very quickly and the odors from having 2 indoor dogs were gone. We plan to have them come clean our carpets on an annual basis.

Bob arrived on time!!! The living room carpet had a couple of urine spots and was just generally dirty. The hallway carpeting is 10 years old. The living room doesn't smell anymore, and the hallway carpet looks brand new. I would recommend the Cleaning Edge to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely have him return in a few months to clean our couch.

Great communication, I had a small window of opportunity to get this done, as new furniture was set to be delivered. No problem getting the date, even though it is a busy time before Thanksgiving. I was given a bottle of carpet cleaner that works great. Job well done!

They are a local company. Bob is the owner and he does the work himself. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He got out some stains that we had never been able to get out before. He just did an excellent job and we were very, very pleased with his work.

His name is Robert Edgmond and he was wonderful. I was very impressed with how quickly he came and the kind of work he did. He was professional and on time. He had cleaned several of my carpets. The price was reasonable too. He was just perfect.

Bob came out when he said to give an estimate. He is extremely fair in his pricing and very willing to work with the customer in any way necessary. While here, he was professional and careful. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work!

It went great! Bob showed up at the time we had agreed upon and was ready to go. We went over the sofa and we addressed any concerns that I had about stains, etc on the furniture. Then he went to work. In about an hour - I had a brand new sofa! The sofa is clean and even gave me a bottle of spot remover to help with any stains that we may have again. Thanks! I will definitely call Bob again for any future upholstery or carpet cleaning needs that we will have.

Bob was fantastic. He worked us in during a cleaning emergency when our dog got sick in our daughter's room. He called that night to make sure everything met our expectations. Because of his top notch services, we scheduled him to clean our couches. We have also given his name out and have had 2 referrals use the service and both were very impressed.

I called Bob and he returned my call quickly. We set up a time and he arrived right on time. He cleaned all carpeting in our home as well as some rugs and did a wonderful job. He even came back to spot clean an area that required more work and didn't charge me a thing. Bob is a very nice person to have in your home and proffessional as well. He also cleaned my daughter's carpets and did an outstanding job. I like the fact that he does the job himself. I plan on using him whenever my carpets need cleaning! Very good expierence.

I was very impressed with Robert from start to finish. He was able to get me in quicker than the others I called, he showed up right on time, and he did a wonderful job for less money than I would have paid with the others. He's professional and is just a really nice guy. He went above and beyond the service I was expecting, even cleaning a piece of carpet I have in the garage next to the basement door. As long as Robert is still in the carpet/upholstery cleaning business next time I need it done, I won't even look any farther than him!

It is a one man operation and I haven't used him for awhile because he was in an auto accident and unable to work. I will be using him again because he has recovered and it working again. He would typically clean 4 carpets for me.

Robert did an outstanding job and the carpets look great. Having two small boys in the house the carpets take a lot of abuse, but he was able to get out all the stains. He showed up right on time and pays great attention to the details.

I called Bob and gave him the room dimensions and he gave an estimate that was very close to the actual charge after he saw the home. Bob was able to work my carpet cleaning job in the 3rd work day from my call. Bob was prompt, courteous and did a quick professional job of cleaning our carpet. He was out of our home by 1:15 PM and most of the carpet was dry by that evening. Our carpet didn?t have stains but there was ground in dirt in the main walking areas. His cleaning removed all the visible dirt and the carpet looked better than it had in many years. His equipment basically steam cleans with a temperature up to 250 degrees. He did a good job at a good value and I?d use him again.

Robert was very professional he even cleaned our entry throw rugs! He really cares to do the best job.

It went well. Bob came over to provide a quote and I was surprised that he was ready to do the job on the spot instead of having to reschedule. However, I wasn't ready yet, so I asked him to come back after the weekend. He scheduled Monday morning at 9 AM and was very prompt. I had asked him for a quote on a few different scenarios and he happily figured out pricing for each one. One of the quotes I'd asked for involved cleaning of a large couch, loveseat and ottoman, but he gave me a bottle of solution and showed me how to spot clean it. Not having to do the furniture saved me quite a bit of money and let me focus on what I really wanted cleaned, which was the carpet. The carpet had a lot of stains and smudges from kids and pets, and he did a good job getting them up. He moved around furniture and put everything on risers. The carpet did stay wet for the whole day but it was so worth it. All this was done mid-December 2008 and the carpets are still looking great. In all, Bob was very nice and I felt comfortable having him in my home. This was the first time I had carpet cleaned and he answered all my questions. I also expected that the whole process would cost more than I could afford, but again that might be my inexperience. He did a good job and I'll hire him again in the future.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned 5 pieces of white upholstery. They also performed carpet cleaning for me for $300 and upholstery was included with a $60 coupon. It was about 1/4 of the basement and the stairs.
