He did a great job. He also honored a 1st time customer discount. He was quick and efficient and did all that I asked. He was able to move some very large pieces of furniture and did not need any help. Everything looks good. He used a deodorizer in the cleaning and that smelled fresh. I also had some small throw rugs and he cleaned those too. He honored the amount that he said over the phone.

After researching carpet cleaning companies on here, I chose Bob due to the number of positive reports about his work. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past but their prices seemed high this time so I wanted to find an alternative. Bob was extremely responsive, called the night before to remind me of the appointment and even showed up 10 minutes early. He was very thorough, very professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. He even cleaned a step in the bathroom that he noticed without me asking! I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others!

I the past I had only used Chemdry to clean the carpets. After they increased their prices I choose to explore other options. I was reluctant to just chooose a cleaner out of the phonebook even if they had the backing of Sears, so I joined Angies list. I found Bobs company "Cleaning edge" with a perfect rating and gave it a try. He arrived on time, completed the service in the time he estimated, and did a fantastic job then insisted that I call him immeadiately if spots started to reappear. He stuck around for a bit afterward and gave me some free advice on how to address various carpet issues without needing a professional. He did a great job and gave me a lesson on carpet maintenance. The only thing I am disappointed in is myself for not returning here sooner to share my experience. Cleaning edge will be the only carpet cleaner I call when the time comes.

The service went great. The house is small, but it still took about 2 hours. The carpet is only about 1 1/2 years old, but I had had a renter with a dog, so I wanted to get the dog dandruff out of the carpet.. I left him at the house, cleaning the carpet, and he called me when he was done. I had used my coupon from Angie's list for the discount.. He did a nice job and I would definately use this company again.

Bob, the owner-operator, arrived promptly, inspected the furniture we wanted cleaned, quoted us a fair price, and immediately set to work. His equipment is impressively high tech and Bob really knows how to use it. Bob cleaned four white living room chairs that were badly stained with things like dog vomit, cat urine and other unpleasant substances. Worse, these had been used for years as the cats' favorite places to lounge, so the chairs were heavily embedded with dark cat hair. Using a special comb/scraper device, Bob was able to remove almost all of the cat hair--something my wife had repeatedly tried to accomplish with a Dirt Devil and other means but could not because the fabric is so coarse textured. One of the sofas Bob cleaned is also upholstered in a coarse textured white fabric. It was stained as badly as the chairs and we'd tried all kinds of stain removers on it with poor results.( Needless to say, people with pets should not have white furniture, and vice versa). Bob was able to get most of the stains out and left us a free bottle of cleaning fluid with tips on how to treat future stains. We have a couple of throw pillows that we'd stored in the basement where they got damp and covered with mildew. Bob got rid of the mildew and, amazingly, the pillows now look and smell great. In short, we were 100% pleased with Bob's work and we look forward to using his services again.

Bob did a wonderful job removing pet stains & odors. He also gave us several tips for how to clean up pet accidents ourselves between professional cleanings. We will definitely use Bob again.

Got Bob's number from Angie's List. He is proud of his rating & is in no danger of losing it. It was 5 years of grime he was dealing with & it's almost all gone. Much better results than I expected. respectful of the nature of our work (psychotherapy), asked what he could & couldn't move. That's sensitive. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Bob did for us and will definitely use him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. A few days prior to cleaning our carpets, Bob came to our home to give us an estimate. I had done a lot of research and I felt that his quote was very competitive and reasonable. I also appreciated that he did not pressure us in any way or try to upsell us. He even talked me out of buying a protection application that I asked about because he did not think it was necessary. On the day of our appointment, Bob arrived promptly and did another walk through of our house, making notes about specific problem areas. Bob worked really hard and our carpets look great. I was especially pleased with our dining room, because Bob was able to get out all the stains left by our food-throwing toddler!! I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and in making his customers happy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

I moved into this place just over a year ago and I needed them to come in and do the cleaning before I moved in because I have allergy problems and the previous owners had pets. It was short notice to get somebody here to do it after I got the keys and before the movers moved all my stuff. He came in and did everything really quick. He did a really good job. He took the time out to get some spots out which I didn't think would come out. He was very detail oriented and the carpets looked like they were brand new.

From the begiinning to the end, Bob could not have done a better job. He contacted my mother, as promised, the night before with her confirmation call. He arrived EARLY, which was welcomed, and worked hard at cleaning up a couch and loveseat that were approximately 25 years old and had never been cleaned. These 2 pieces of furniture were filthy and after Bob performed his service, they both look brand new. Thank you Angie's List for creating this site. Had it not been for this, I would have been throwing a dart at the Yellow Pages. Thanks so much Bob. We will highly recommend you to our family and friends and will definitely have you back to clean the carpets.

He was considerate of my allergies and used more natural projects on my carpet. Some of the stains did not come out, so when I get back from my trip he is going to come out and use a stronger solution on the stains. I found him very considerate and he did the job in an efficient way. He was open to use stronger projects when necessary, which was not my original intention but neither was changing all my carpets, as I have white carpets. I purchased a Big Deal to try him and would recommend him to others. I'm also going to ask him to do my car carpets. I thought his price was very reasonable. He was easy to work with in my time frame and used the natural cleaners that I wanted. He was so easy to work with that I am allowing him to treat the other stains with a stronger chemical.

Bob was very professional and punctual when he came to bid my job. I had a pretty hectic schedule the weekend I schedule Bob to clean the carpet (i was travelling for work). But Bob went out of his way to work with me - and to contact alternate people to come and let him in so he could clean the carpet. Unfortnately, the weekend that Bob was scheduled to come out and clean, his truck-mounted steam cleaner broke down and he only had the portable unit. He was running about 4 hours late due to the breakdown. He cleaned my carpets with his portable unit and gave me a discount because of it. After the carpet dried and I vacuumed a couple times, I did not like the way some of the carpet looked and I didn't think it had gotten as clean as I wanted in some high traffic areas. I called Bob and he said he would come out and redo the carpet no questions asked! He said his truck mounted system was fixed and it would be better. He scheduled me in within a couple of days and took care of it. Thanks Bob! Truly a professional. I know that unexpected things happen but I think that Bob took care of it in a very professional manner and I was very happy with his service.

I was SO pleased with this service! Bob was right on time and ready to go! I had some pet stains that I had worked on to no avail, and Bob got them right up! The whole service was excellent! I will definitely refer him to everyone I know!

Bob arrived at the appointed time and worked very hard to finish up in 3 hours. He put blocks or plastic squares under the furniture legs to keep the wood from bleeding into the wet carpet in any way. We had many throw rugs and they all cleaned up beautifully. I forgot about the carpeted step from the garage into the house, and I told him we would pay more if he could clean it, too. Bob said he would clean it and he didn't want to charge us for that! My husband and I were very pleased with the end result and now with all the dust removed now, we are not sneezing! Bob is a very friendly and honest guy. Anyone would be pleased with his fine work!

He did an excellent job, especially on the dirty stairs that were dirtied by traffic from an earlier remodeling project. He was very conscientious about protecting our property by putting special guards on all corners at the floor where cleaning hoses may damage paint. His attention to detail is excellent, and his attitude is great. His price is always a great value.

It went great. He did an excellent job the carpets looked better than when we moved in! And the furniture he went beyond expectations cleaned everything out. I have used cleaning edge before and will continue to use them.

We were thrilled with them. The work looked immaculate. He did a phenomenal job with the carpet. We had two cats that were dying and that had accidents. He totally cleaned that up. He took really good care. He was prompt and careful with his equipment. He was pet-friendly and conscious of making sure that the doors were protected and barred so that the cats couldn't get out. He protected the doors all the way from the bottom to the top, and the cats couldn't even jump over them. We thought the price was reasonable.

Everything went very well. Extra chemicals were used on the stained places on the carpet. The cleaning went clear up to the base boards. We were very satisfied with the quality of work. The price paid was reasonable. The agent was very courteous and punctual.

Great. He did a very good job and used a deodorizer as well (no extra charge for that). We?ve lived in this house for less than a year ? and our dogs decided to ?mark? several area of our upstairs with dog urine. He was able to get all stains and odors out of the carpet. Looks like new. The only drawback is that he does not move large pieces of furniture and clean under them (couches etc) .. however; that wasn?t a problem for us at all. The upstairs smells fresh and clean. I?d recommend this person to others. I like to support small local businesses instead of chains when I can.
