As always, Cleaning Edge did a wonderful job. Very friendly, prompt and meticulous attention to detail. Wouldn't fire anyone else!

Cleaning Edge came at the appointed time, worked hard, good and efficiently. I would definitely use the again or recommend they to my family and friends.

This is the third time we've had him clean our carpets, so obviously he does a wonderful job! We did get a discount on the price, as he was late due to a computer mix up . I feel we got more than our moneys worth and would not hesitate to recommend Cleaning Edge to anyone.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning company we have ever had clean our carpets! He was very careful not to damage our trim, and he was very thorough. We had purchased a home and were not sure if the carpets would clean up. He was able to get stains out of the carpet, and they look great!

I purchased the deal on Angies List for $149.00 which got us 1,000 square feet of carpet cleaning. He did our family room, living room, dining room, upstairs stairs and hallway, and the stairs to our finished basement. He always does a great job and I will use him every time we need our carpets cleaned.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List which we have done previously. We Bob, you definitly get your money's worth as he does a fantastic job. Within the past year we purchased a rather expensivve home carpet cleaner. Right now we either loan it to our daughter or to the neighbors or it sits and simply takes up space. Nomater how hard I try (and our carpet cleaner uses hot water and rotating brushes), it can't compare wit what we get from Bob. Anyone looking for a lightly used carpet cleaner?

Very thorough and effective. Our carpet looke so much better when they were finished. We have used Cleaning Edge 3 times and I will use them again.

From our first phone call he was courteous, very willing to work with my schedule, very professional, answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The day before the cleaning, he called to verify time, address, and job to be done. He arrived on time and moved the furniture off the carpeting, cleaned ALL the stains and left the carpeting beautiful. One large stain was red gatorade that he spent extra time on. He got it completely cleaned and explained what he used and how he treated the difficult stain. I was thinking i would have to replace the carpeting because of how it looked, but now it looks brand new. This kind gentleman is miracle worker! I will be hiring him again!

It went fine. I purchased an Angie's Big Deal from him and he called very quickly to set up a time. He was booked out a few weeks which was no big deal. Unfortunatly, my house painters arrived on the same day that we had scheduled but they were exterior painters so it did not interfere with his services, other than dividing my attention. He got right to work and showed me a little of how the machine did its job which was nice. He was nice enough to clean all my walkways for the deal price even though it was only supposed to be two rooms + the chair. Because my attention was diverted, I wasn't able to be with him the whole time. As a result, he did not get under some rather light weight furniture in those areas even though I had pulled out one small cabinet specifically for that purpose. I also noticed later that he did not lift up my curtains in my bedroom to get underneath them. He did a nice job in the living area, moving my couch for me to get behind it which was good and the chair and ottoman look MUCH better. The carpets that were treated also look much better. He gave me some spot cleaner free of charge as well for any additional areas that might need cleaned. I have pets so this has already come in handy. He did a good job on a very hot day. I wish he could have stayed a little longer once done as I didn't get a chance to really inspect anything before he was on the phone with another customer and out the door to his next job. Apparantly, he is/was very tightly booked.

I called Bob as I had an event coming up and needed my carpets cleaned. He was very professional and got there when he said he would.

This one-man company does a really good job on my old carpets. I have used him for at least 6 years. He is also very professional and easy to work with. This last time, I had scheduled the carpet cleaning for the day after my ceilings were to be painted. That didn't happen on time, and he cheerfully at the last minute rescheduled. My one caveat is the price. I checked back and, in 2006, I paid $99 for essentially the same service that I paid a big deal price of $119 for. Seems that either the big deal wasn't really much of a deal or his costs have gone up way more than I would expect in this low inflation economy. He also offered a deal in 2010. That time the cost was $150--again not sure this provider's discounts are for real. Makes be wonder about the big deal in general.

My stairs (up and downstairs) were embarrasingly filthy. But, now they are amazingly clean! In addition to clearning the stairs, a long hallway and the master bedroom carpets, he clean a patch of carpet in the living room with a strange stain that had been there since I moved into the house. I had never been able to get the stain out and it took a couple of tries for him to get it but he did! And, he did not charge me for it! Finally, he gave me some spot remover free of charge. I would definitely use this company again. He was professional, courteous and responsive!

This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I was expecting the usual pitch for extra services on top of the estimated charge...such as a supplemental stain rinse....which I merciffully did not get. Bob gave me an estimate and that was it. Although there was a large area to cover, he was done in a little over three hours and the carpets look great. I was surprised at the charge for his services. This charge was significantly lower than I have paid for other companies to clean smaller areas. No wonder this man has so many excellent reviews. I definitely recommend him.

This was a great experience from the start. My phone call was returned quickly and an appointment was scheduled within the week. I had the main living areas, plus bedrooms cleaned. Our carpet is older but looked great after the cleaning. The small pet stains came right up and the deodorant had a very mild pleasant odor. Cleaning Edge is who we will recommend to friends!

Fabulous experience! This is the second time I've used the Cleaning Edge. Don't hesitate to call Robert for your cleaning needs. Though Robert will visit your home beforehand and present a bid, I feel this step is unnecessary because of his professionalism, honesty, the reviews on Angie's list, and my experiences. Plus, you are dealing with the owner/operator with a great reputation. You can't go wrong...

I really like hiring the owner of the company to do the work. Bob is the owner. He is very professional. He explained what I needed to do to take care of my carpet. He left a great spray to use on the area where my dogs were staining my carpet. He cleaned a really really dirty pet stained carpet til it looks and smells great. He is very aware of cost to me and explains everything. I was considering getting rid of the family room carpet. Now I plan to keep it and just keep calling him back out when it gets dirty.

They sent one man to wash all of the windows and do carpet cleaning. He worked all day long and did a fine job.

After he cleaned it all stains and odors are gone! My carpet looks brand new again. Bob was great to work with and very nice. It is great to have the owner come out instead of a subcontractor show up. Will definitely use him again!!

We wanted our carpets cleaned before moving into our newly purchased home. Robert was able to work with us to get the appointment scheduled quickly. He showed up at the scheduled time, he was very professional and the carpets looked great!

I called Bob to clean pet stains from my rugs. He answered right away, came the following week according to my reqiest. I have used him before and will use him again in the future.

He is a nice young man and I have recommended him to my neighbors. We have used him several times and are very pleased. His prices are very good and he gives us a senior discount.

Bob arrived promptly and got right to work. We discussed what I wanted and he was very flexible about meeting my requests. I appreciated that he took care not to damage walls and wood flooring with the equipment. He moved the furniture to get all of the carpet and and placed pads underneath couch,chairs, tables etc as added moisture protection. He got up spots I thought would be difficult if not impossible to remove. The carpet smelled great and looked fabulous when he was done.

Bob arrived right on time, evaluated the rooms to be cleaned and got straight to work. He was quick to identify different types of stains, and spot-cleaned them all very effectively. He took his time was very thorough in cleaning all rooms. After finishing, he made sure my wife and I checked his work - we are just very, very pleased. Our carpets have never looked so good. We hired Cleaning Edge through an Angie's List Big Deal, so the work was quite inexpensive. But Bob was very professional and worked hard to do a great job. We couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend his company!

Robert was so professional and nice! It was a wonderful experience! We had a unique situation in that a lot of cleaner and powder was in the carpet, due to pet stains. He was able to pull up so much powder, it was unbelievable! I would definitely have him again!
