The owner of the Company arrived on time and explained how he would go about cleaning the carpets. He proceeded to clean the carpets and worked on a stain we had tried to get up previously. However, it was a "dye" stain that would not come up. He explained why and we were satisfied with that. We had the carpets cleaned a few months prior by a "popular carpet cleaning company" and were not nearly as satisfied with the job they did as we were with Cleaning Edge.

Bob showed up 10 minutes early and was incredibly pleasant. After he had done half of our little guy's room, he came and got us to show us the contrast and make sure we were happy. He did a terrific job and I couldn't be happier! I'll be highly recommending him to all our friends as well. Thanks so much Bob!

The rugs cam out remarkably clean and within the time he stated. I was well pleased and told him that I would refer others to him as I was aware. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Couldn't be more pleased! He did a great job and got some tough stains out of an old carpet. He was very kind and explained everything he was going to do and even did a little extra for free!! The most important part of this experience is that he was booked up for several weeks and knew we were in a bind because we were getting ready to move into our new home . . . so he offered to work on his day off! I was preparing for 35 women to attend a meeting at my home and decided I really needed my carpets cleaned. I called with only a week's notice before my meeting and Bob worked me into his schedule. He was very prompt, professional, and made my carpets look great! I will definitely be using Cleaning Edge again.

Bob was easily reached by phone and contacted me quickly to schedule our cleaning. He arrived on time and cleaned our entire house very well. He provided pads to protect the feet of furniture that couldn't be moved and a can of spot cleaner for future problems.

Owner of the company came out and examined the carpets to be cleaned two weeks before date of work. Assured me that he could clean one very dirty BR carpet so it would be usable. Day and time of work was set that day. When the appointed day arrived he was late. Had to call and ask where he was and he said his computer had crashed and he had lost all his appointments. He was two hours late due to this happening. He did a good job on the carpets and got the one really dirty BR carpet (both our sons had lived in this room at different times) cleaner than I expected. It is usable now. I rated him down simplyl because I thought he should have had a back-up appointment system. His cleaning work was very good and I would recommend him highly.

Extremely professional and client satisfaction oriented. The best carpet cleaning my home has ever had. Even the part of the carpet that is 10 years old looks new again. Very impressive!!!

I had just moved in to my home and needed the carpet cleaned in a hurry. I had previously spoken with the company about setting an appiontment but nothing had been set in stone. Because I had needed him to come sooner than he had expected to clean my carpets, they made time to accommondate me. The job he did on the carpets was excellent and he even had cleaners to remove dog vomit. Yes I know, gross! but true store. The dog vomit has been set and stained in the carpet for over three years, Cleaning Edge is an awesome choice for the best price.

On time, did an excellent job, moved our furniture out of the way and back into place. Could not be happier.

What great service!! He showed up exactly on time and spent 2 hours. We had several spots that we were unable to remove with our own steam cleaner and he got ALL of it clean! We also have 2 large dogs so need cleaning often due to muddy paws etc. Carpets look fabulous! I would highly recommend and will call again! Thank you!

This was the second year in a row that I called Cleaning Edge. I was able to get an appointment set up exactly when I wanted, giving Bob about two or three weeks notice. He arrived on time, and we talked about the work I needed done. He gave me a very fair price and then went to work. He finished the job in good time, and the results were excellent. Unfortunately, a couple of nights later, I noticed some faint streaks in the white berber carpet in a bedroom that had not been there before. When I called Bob to see if these would vacuum out, he said no. Instead he said he would come by and fix the problem--he had a couple of ideas about what had happened. A week after my call, he re-cleaned the marks, saying that what occurred was "wicking" and that there was really no way to predict if or when it would happen. When he left, the marks were gone and I was quite satisfied that this room, like the rest of the house, looked like it had new carpet.

Bob arrived early, introduced himself, and did a walk-through with me to see what area was to be cleaned and if there were any specific areas that needed extra attention. He explained that it would take awhile to bring in his equipment and that he would start at the back of the house and work his way to the front door. His cleaning was efficient and his demeanor professional. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. Bob even gave me a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner.

I have used several companies to clean our carpets annually. I decided to use cleaning edge because of the advertised coupon and I like to hire local contractors. I had to reschedule two times and Robert had no problems accommodating us. He did a very thorough job and when we asked him to do scotch guard he told us that our carpets were in good shape and he wouldn?t recommend it. Every company I have used in the past, including several from Angie?s list, pushed scotch guard which almost doubles the price. I would like to thank Robert for his honesty and a great job. I will defiantly use you in the future and recommend you to everyone I know!

He was on time and very polite! He cleaned 2 rooms and also cleaned the stairs. before he left he gave us a bottle of spot cleaner!

Communication was great; answered initial call immediately, followed up with call 24 hours prior to appointment and called about an hour before appointment. On arrival made thorough inspection of all areas and went right to work. I could not be happier with the quality of the work. The carpets look like new. Considering the price, professional service and the quality of the work I will definitely use again.

Robert arrived about 11:30 to clean our carpets. I contacted him because of his rating on Angie's list which was over 95% in the "A" category, not realizing he'd also been featured in the Angie's List magazine in January 2011. His attention to detail, work ethic and overall customer service are top notch - this is the guy you want cleaning your carpets! During my consultation with him several weeks before, he showed me before and after pictures of some of his work - it was amazing. Carpets that had looked unsalvagable were made new. Our carpet is about 11 years old and had stains we just couldn't remove - we had a cat until late spring when she passed away. The stains came out! Our carpets look clean and the whole house smells fresh. Robert took his time and the pride in his work really shows. We had a commercial company clean our carpets in 2008; they charged us $250 for basic cleaning without deoderizing, which Robert throws in the deoderizing as part of his service. He always has discounts and will apply them wherever possible. He's honest and dependable - we'll have him clean our carpets again!

We purchased a coupon and were very pleased with the service. The carpet looked great and smelled good too. He took care to put carpet protectors under the furniture to protect the wet carpet from the furniture. He got all the stains out of the carpet and left the carpet looking like new. He told me how to treat pet stains and gave me a free bottle of spot cleaner. We would highly recommend the Cleaning Edge.

The gentleman that came to clean the carpets and chairs was very through in the work he did. The carpets looked great and even removed the finger nail polish that had been spilled on the carpet.
