I can't say enough good things about Bob and the Cleaning Edge. We bought a big deal on Angie's List. He contacted me promptly to schedule the appointment. We had a family emergency, so when he called the day before to confirm, I had to let him know that we were out of state. He was so understanding and compassionate. It meant so much that he was very concerned for our daughter. When I returned to town, I contacted Bob to reschedule. He found a date the following week and showed up promptly as scheduled. Much of our carpet is quite a bit past its prime, but with Bob's hard work, it looked much better. He definitely exceeded my expectations! I will absolutely use him for carpet cleaning needs in the future and will highly recommend him to others.

My carpet looks and smells great!! He was even able to get out stains that we had tried numerous times to get out, even with a Rug Doctor. The work was done professionally and flawlessly. I will definately use this company again.

Bob called the night before the appointment to confirm. On the day of the appointment he was exactly on time and very pleasant. He verified what was to be cleaned plus was detailed oriented when considering my directions. The part that impressed me the most was the time he spent cleaning my carpet. It wasn't a speedy quickly done process: Bob spent time cleaning my carpet. It looks great and we will be recommending him to all of our friends.

After my first Angie's List experience I am a convert! I had an upholstered couch that I love and my granddaughter had gotten sick on it. I really needed to save it. I called Bob at Cleaning Edge and he scheduled me within a few days. He was on time, courteous and neat. Not only did he clean the couch perfectly, but after I showed him some spots on our carpet I was concerned about, he cleaned the carpet! At No Extra Charge!! When does this ever happen? Not only was his work great, timely and I was 100% satisfied, but he left me with a pint of his spot cleaner at no charge. I would recommend Bob to everyone!! And I will personally recommend him to my friends and family. This experience gave me full confidence in Angie's List and I will come to this site first every time I need help with our home!

I have had a lot of bad experiences with carpet cleaning so when I moved to Warrensburg and it was time to get my carpets cleaned I called Cleaning Edge due to their Angie List rating. He showed up on time and called to night before to verify the time was still good. I walked him through my 3700 sq foot house which is almost all carpet. He then gave me an estimate on the spot was I was very happy with. He immediately went to work and was done about in about 3 hours. He moved everything that one person could move and put all of the furniture on pucks so the wood wouldn't soak up any of the moisture from the carpet. The carpets were dry in about three hours. I had my wife walk through after he was done since she was the one who needed to be happy. All she said is it looks like we got new carpets. He also have us a bottle of spot cleaner to help keep the carpets cleaned. I will use Cleaning Edge every time I need my carpets done. I have never been so happy before.

Very professional & nice--- I also had bought one of his groupon spec deals.... Felt it was a great value. Our basement was a mess from our pets--- he helped make it inhabitable again!

This is the second time I purchased a "Big Deal" from the Cleaning Edge. Bob did a great job both times. He cleaned the carpet in my rental property and it looked new when he was done. I have purchased other big deals, but the Cleaning Edge is the only company that has provided service above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely used the Cleaning Edge in the future. Keep up the great work Bob.

He did a great job cleaning the carpet it looked good. He wasn''t able to remove the pet odor though.

Provider was prompt, courteous, and thorough.

The appt was very easy to schedule. He always calls the night before as a reminder. He showed up on time, did the job promptly, reviewed the work with us and then packed his truck and left.

We would absolutely use the Cleaning Edge again.

Communication was excellent, scheduled with our schedule, followed up the night before the scheduled day, showed up on time, fast, conscientious and a very upstanding business minded business owner. We contacted Bob to help reclaim our previously unused (but finished) basement, as it had fallen victim to hairballs and general disuse (as well as some funky odors). We also decided to tackle all the rooms in the house in an attempt to see how the existing carpet would look and whether we would keep it or move to laminate. Bob showed up and I showed him around the house to the various areas that needed attention and wrote me up a quote on the spot. The quote for the entire house was extremely well-priced. As it was just himself, he identified the largest pieces of furniture that he would be unable to move on his own (which really encompassed a few bookcases and our bed, but we had no interest in cleaning under those anyways, especially since the bed has no open area underneath). He had to prop open our door to bring his equipment inside, enough so that I had to camp out by the front door to monitor any attempted feline escapes (since they are only indoor cats). I suggested if he did the basement first that I could then put the cats down there and he would be safe to do the rest of the house at his (and my) leisure. We also moved the large sectional in our living room together so as to clean underneath (very glad we did so!). While I wasn't there to talk to him at the end of the service (due to some external circumstances), he finished the job in the estimated time frame. The carpets look great, and now a week later, I can tell there were some smells that we were used to that were undesirable! We definitely recommend Bob and Cleaning Edge, for the price, professionalism, and attention to personal details, you can't go wrong.

From the first time I contacted Bob to the last he was responsive and was eager to be of service. He was also proud of his work. He gave us an estimation which included a time frame and he delivered as promised. He got all of the spots out of the carpet in all of the rooms and stairs. The carpet looked excellent when he finished. He cleaned up everything as he left and we are pleased with the results. We would use his services agin and recommend him to others.

The experience all together was very good. The company was very responsive to all of my needs.

We have used this company before. He does a great job, and gives us excellent guidance on maintenance for pet stains, etc. in between our carpet cleanings. Always on time, and done quickly. LOVE the fresh clean carpets we have after he leaves, and no longer see those little stains that somehow appear when our puppies are out of our sight!

We were very satisfied with his work. Everything was fine. He kept in touch with us and was on time and courteous and friendly. We would use him again if needed.

Vendor contacted me promptly and we set up an appointment for Presidents Day (Monday, February 20, 2012). This date worked well for both of us because my home is beyond his normal service area and I did not have to take paid time off to be home. The owner/operator arrived on schedule, evaluated the task and quickly set up his equipment. Service and quality were excellent and completed in a timely fashion. He was very professional (moving furniture and placing blocks under furniture legs on wet carpet, etc.) We negotiated the additional job of upholstery cleaning for a a sofa and rocker/recliner at reasonable price. I highly recommend Cleaning Edge and would be glad to use their service again.
