He returned my call immediately. Came to do the service about a week later as scheduled. He was on time. Patient and taught us.

I really like them, in fact I'm thinking of calling them again and I've also recommended them to other family members. He was very professional, he was quick, he answered all my questions, and the carpet was clean. I haven't really done his regular price shift because I used his special of $99.

Everything went very well start to finish. We appreciated how thorough of a job he did and how polite and professional he always is. Additionally, Robert has helped us out when we have had last minute requests. He is very willing to accommodate when he is able and certainly takes pride in his work.

He was able to come out to clean the carpets very quickly which was great because we were having a party. He showed up close to the orignal time he thought, was very polite, was there for a reasonable amount of time and did a great job! The service provide was great and a good price.

He was on time and did an average job. He couldn't do too much with pet stains. He wasn't very good on that. I thought he should have went over it a couple extra times but he only went over them once. I didn't think he worked hard enough on stains.

We are getting ready to place our home on the Market this Spring and I was worried about the carpet in one of the rooms. Bob cleaned all of our carpets and stairs to perfection and the room I was so worried about came out like new. He was punctual and polite and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly be using him again.

Arrived exactly when he said he would, he worked h****** stains that had been in place for a few years and we did not expect to be removed, We asked for only 2 of our 4 bedrooms to be cleaned, but he cleaned the two extra bedrooms without charge because he noticed stains from our puppy. I am very pleased with his service and will not use any other carpet cleaner from now on.

In conversation after the job, Robert mentioned that if he can't get out a stain, it keeps him up at night. That's one conscientious service provider. Wonderful to see someone so proud of their work, and who lives to do it well. Hands down, this is the person you want to do your carpet.

The carpets in the house we just bought were dirty and needed to be cleaned before we moved. I called on Friday after closing on the house on Thursday. I got Bob on the phone immediately. I described the job and he gave an estimate. He was available to work the job on the coming Monday, which was terrific. He called before he arrived, and said he could be early. This was great because we were ready for him at the new house. he did a thorough and professional job on all the carpets. We were pleased with his fine work and promptness. The charges were very competitive with other rug cleans I called. He was agreeable and had a concerned attitude about his work.

I called Robert on a Monday looking for someone to clean three bedroom-size rooms and a hallway sometime that week. Because we weren't able to wait for the weekend, he was able to work us in the next day late in the afternoon. He was running a little late but called ahead of time to let us know. He showed up when he had estimated, was very professional, handled the "bad" carpet areas in stride, and did an amazing job. We'll be keeping his number ready!

I used Angie's List to find this service provider. I called him on Monday, Bob, the owner was at my house on Thursday to do the job. Very friendly, professional and great at what he does. I had some nasty pet stains that he was able to almost make disappear. Extremely pleased!

He arrived prompty, set up and began work after looking over the house. He was efficient and thorough. We had a high traffic area that we thought would probably just need to be replaced because the previous carpet cleaners (whom we really respected and had used for about 20 years) could get it to come "cleaner" but after about two weeks, you could see the traffic pattern again and it seemed hopeless. It has now been about four weeks and the carpet not only looks ok, it practicly looks new! The carpets throughout the house look like they did when we had them installed! We even asked about an add on product, since we were putting the house on the market, and he didn't think we needed it. Talk about honest! We were very, very pleased with every aspect of this process--from the purchase of the Big Deal, the scheduling of the appointment, the cleaning process and the results a month later! Oh, and, thanks to new looking carpets, we sold our home in TWO days! I highly recommend Cleaning Edge for the professionalism in the way he handles his business and the quality of work he performs!

We were trying to decide whether or not to buy new carpet for our basement. When we remodeled, we bought fairly inexpensive carpet and it's been there for 10 years. Various spots and problem areas. Oh my gosh. I can't believe how good it looks now. I have had others clean it and actually rented machines (what a waste of time). Cleaning Edge did a fabulous job. He even was able to make our high traffic area in our bedroom look perfect. I will never, ever use a provider other than Cleaning Edge. He was professional and just did the best job I have ever seen. I do feel badly because we purchased the special deal for $149 and it was supposed to cover 1,000 square feet. He actually treated around 1400 square feet and didn't charge any extra. Bob, if you are reading this, please come by so we can pay you for the extra space you cleaned. I used Cleaning Edge because of past reviews written on Angie's List. I couldn't be happier and I believe you will love the results as I did!

The gentleman showed up on time, was extremely professional and nice. He cleaned my carpets thoroughly. He did not take short cuts but instead actually paid attention to what he was doing. My carpets look great now. The special purchased through Angie's List cinched it though. $149 for 1000 square feet is tough to beat, especially when it is done so well.

They did a great job. Promptly returned my phone calls, very pleasant. Arrived on time, was very thorough & concientious about our walls and stair ballasters. Would have liked a bit more deep cleaning on stairs but was using a groupon as well as did not realize until after stairs had dried that they could have used a bit more work. All in all we were very pleased.
