Bob came a few minutes before my appointment, so he was right on time. He is wonderful! Bob is very personable and explained everything to me. He is completely knowledgeable of all stains. I had 6 cushions on my sofa and 2 on my chair. He cleaned the entire sofa, then back and front of all the cushions as well as the chair. (he even cleaned the arm covers) I have white/cream furniture. I could not have been happier. I had a couple of pet stains on my wool rug and he got them out. Everything looks spectacular. I will definitely use Cleaning Edge again. He is the BEST!

It was really good! I have used them several times, and I chose them because of their reputation. They were very prompt and efficient. Also, their prices were pretty reasonable.

He phoned and told me he was running early and asked if it was ok to arrive before the appointment time. Of course this was acceptable. He arrived, explained his procedures and began work. He quickly cleaned the entire house (small), including the stairs. Our carpets are several decades old and he made them look new. Will definitely use Cleaning Edge again. You cannot go wrong.

He cleans efficiently and thoroughly. I was very pleased with the results. The stains were gone as well as the odor.

They did a great job! They were flexible on the terms of the coupon and traded pieces so I could get the items cleaned that I needed cleaned. They were in and out quickly and kept everything tidy. I would definitely use this company again.

He’s name is Bob. He is excellent I would give him a five star. He is personable, he comes when you want him to, and he is very thorough. He does an excellent job; he is the best carpet cleaner I think I have ever had. His prices are very reasonable compared to others that I have used.

They did a good, I didn't have any problems in dealing with them. The guy that came did a really good job but he killed our bushes out front. He was really conscientious and very nice man. He worked really hard and he was at our house for couple of hours. Unfortunately he dump some of the water on one of our bushes and we just replaced it we just did at spring but that was an accident and that was the only negative thing about him and everything else was fine. They were extremely conscientious, very friendly, very respectful and just works very hard.

It was the best experience we have ever had with carpet cleaning. He was timely, reasonable and did an excellent job. It was so refreshing not to have a cleaner spend the entire time trying to sell additional services. In fact, I inquired about some additional work and he told me we really didn't need it. We will never use anyone else.

He was very easy to schedule with and arrived right on time. By that evening, I noticed some stains I thought should've come out and were showing back up already. I texted him and his response was that he guaranteed his work and would be back out the next evening. He kept in communication with me and once he arrived, he went right to work - it looked GREAT! Mind you, he also had his work cut out for him to begin with due to teenager spills, grandsons "forgot to tell grandma" accidents, and pet stains on top of it! I was very happy with the outcome - he is great!!!! Will definitely use again!

Cleaning Edge will be the only carpet/furniture cleaner I will use . He does everything right!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They were good; the carpets and couches were clean. He was on time, polite, did his job and he was done. It all turned out the way I wanted it to. The normal carpet cleaner I use was a lot more expensive. He did a good job but not as good as my normal guy. He was here right on time and was not one of those who chit- chat.

Purchased a Big deal for Cleaning Edge, Inc. We was getting the house ready for sale. They had come out and cleaned the carpets. He did a fantastic job, very pleased with them. We had some some stains that we pointed out to him. He did get alot of the stains out of the carpet. He called ahead of time before coming out and followed up afterwards to make sure we was satisfied.

Bob did a very meticulous job, was very professional, and arrived promptly. We plan to continue using him annually.

OK -- pet stains could have used more work

This company did a fantastic job! They cleaned carpet, area rugs and upholstery cleaning for me. I'll absolutely hire them again to do all of the above. I was impressed with their professionalism, and they did a great job and very quickly.

I was concerned that we were too far for Bob to drive, but he had no problem with the distance. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and was pleasant to interact with.

He called me the same day I called, set an appointment with no problems. Very nice man, WONDERFUL job on the carpet, gives me hope I can keep the cheapie carpet a couple more years! Between having 3 boys, 2 dogs and a daycare, the carpet was pretty filthy, even with my regular carpet shampoo I do myself; this brought it back up to almost new looking. I will not only pass on his company to others, but use him again in the future. Highly impressed.

We had our carpets cleaned after we bought our house but before we moved in. The cleaner arrived on schedule, and he walked the house with me before doing any work to show me any stains that might not come out. The carpets were cleaned in about 3 hours and I was impressed with the improved overall appearance of the carpet. Despite being pre-treated, some stains did not come out, but our main concern was getting the dirt and dog hair out of the carpet before we moved in. I bought an Angie's List deal, and the cost of cleaning the additional area was added on to $149 deal price, but I given a discount for not have any furniture in the house.
