We are very pleased with the work that Bob did on our carpets. We were not sure if the stains would come out. Bob talked to us before starting work, and made sure that he understood where the problem areas are, and what caused the stains. He has knowledge that helps him know what treatments work best for different types of stains (even distinguishing between cat & dog contaminations). Not only did he surprise us with how well he removed the stains, he talked to us about the best home-treatments to use in case our wonderful pets dirty up the carpet again. Definitely worth the money. We were thinking about renting a Rug Doctor, but decided against it after doing some research, and are happy with our decision.

Bob did a great job cleaning our carpets before we moved into our house. He was able to remove paint stains and got chewing gum out of the carpet in several places. Will definitely call him in the future.

Bob was very accommodating for scheduling and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He walked through the house with me looking at all the areas I wanted cleaned and reasurred me that my goal of getting a fresh clean smelling home could be accomplished. He quoted a very reasonable price and quickly completed the task. My furniture and rug look wonderful and smell fresh and clean. I love it. Very much worth the price.

we had a piece of vinyl covering the carpet in front of the washer/dryer. underneath was the original color of the carpet. when Bob finished cleaning we compared. he had brought the carpet back to original color. beautiful. Bob's equipment was very clean and he had bumpers to protect wall and furniture legs. personable deligent

Bob was so kind and did an impeccable job. I had moved into a new home with rust stains on the carpet LOTS of pet stains. Bob completely removed the rust stains and the pet stains. I was amazed at how clean the carpets looked and the entire house smells so much better. He even offered me a cleaning solution to help with the problem pet areas and gave great advice on how to care for stains in the future. His price was so affordable and he was professional, kind and polite. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs carpet cleaning care.
