Went great. We told him of a couple areas of concern and he took care of it with great results.

The gentleman who came was very thorough and conscientious. Most of my home is not carpeted and he felt badly that I didn't have much to clean so he did the stairs as well even though that wasn't part of the deal. I asked about dirt on an area rug and he attempted to clean that as well. He was very concerned that the colors would bleed so he was somewhat gentle with that. He left me some spot cleaner and recommended that I use that on the area rug. He was prompt and friendly. I plan to use him again.

They were excellent. They provided a very good service and did a quality job. They took extra care to make sure that all the furniture was on blocks so the carpets could dry. They cleaned up all the questionable spots in the carpet. They even provided a bottle of spot cleaner at no extra charge.

I picked this company based on their reviews, and I, too, had a great experience. Bob was at my house on time, and he did everything he promised and more. My carpet looks amazing! I didn't know it could look this good!!! He was kind, professional and he's very good at what he does. Bob was very professional and prompt. He did a great job and it only took him a few hours. Some of our carpets felt a little "crunchy" after he finished, but I'm told this is common.

He was super nice, really a great guy and I feel it was a really good deal. There weren't any extra charges but I do remember he did some extra work because I didn't have all the carpeting that was required so he kind of like included some things that I think another company wouldn't have been that accommodating.

He did a terrific job. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use him again. We purchased a deal for 3 rooms but only had two rooms that needed to be done. He gladly did the stairs instead of the 3rd room.

Punctual and thorough in the cleaning. The whole hose took about half a day and he left with the carpets looking and smelling great.

Bob was very easy to work with. He confirmed the appointment and arrived right on time (even a little early!!) and did a very efficient job at cleaning the carpets. Several areas had pet stains and he was able to remove those and provide tips on future home cleaning. My carpets look great and he charged me a very reasonable price; I'd be happy to hire him again.

My carpet had been normally maintained with a vacuum and light spot cleaning over the past 7 years but never had a deep steam cleaning. Bob came in and the carpets look pretty close to new, I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use again in the future!

Bob is a true professional. Our rug turned out beautifully despite the nasty pet stains we had. He even touched up another area where our carpet had been highly trafficked and stained and it too looks as good as new!!! Truly profession, extremely fair price. Bob, is AMAZING. This is above and beyond the BEST carpet clean I have ever had in the 6 years I have lived in my house. He had his work cut out for him as well, I had many pet stains that I had tried to remove myself with no luck, so I was skeptical anyone would be able to get anything more out. Well, the stains are GONE!!!! He got every single one out!!! I was in awe! The price was EXTREMELY affordable making this something I will definitely be having done more often (as I have a large dog and two children). Bob is so knowledgeable about stains and how to get them out, he even told me I could call him if I ran into one and wasn't sure what to do! He was so nice and the bottle of spot cleaner he leaves is the best cleaner I have ever used!!! He left this one with me for free, but I plan on purchasing more in the future. I have yet to find something it won't remove. Bob was fast and efficient and if I could give him an A+ rating I would. He is just that good. For carpets old or new....he is your man!!

I believe I have convered everything and hope our satisfaction was expressed, have nothing negative to say. This was a great deal and as a result saved us a bundle of money instead of buyiing a new carpet. Prompt, timely and excellant service.

It went very well, provider was on time, looked at what needed done and provided cost estimate immediately, got started promptly and finished sooner than I thought he would at a very fair price.

The job was done carefully and thoroughly. He put little plastic wrappers under chairs' feet so they wouldn't stand directly on the drying carpet. The carpets were visibly cleaner and several spots had disappeared. The result was much better than when I cleaned the carpet myself with a rented machine.
