This is the second year I have used this company. He does outstanding work and in a timely matter.

We will always use this company. We have had others but the carpets become dirty again quickly. Not with cleaning edge. They stay clean for a long time. He is EXCELLENT

Cleaned the carpet and two couches. Very professional. I bought the coupon through Angie's list thinking I could use the coupon for 3 rooms plus two couches. When the company got there he stated the fine print shows the coupon is valid for 3 rooms and 1 small lazy chair. Since I only had one room, he agreed to also clean the couches. I would use then again but I learned to always read the fine print when buying one of this coupons through the website

This is the second time we have used Cleaning Edge and very impressed with their service. He is very professional and carpets cleaned in timely manner. Even the high traffic areas look great! We will continue to use them for our carpet cleaning needs!

Bob is a very professional, pleasant, no-nonsense person. He worked quickly and thoroughly and aimed to satisfy. He went over several areas I had concerns about. It went very well and I was happy with the results. I told him I was very satisfied and that I would recommend him.

It went good all in all. I was under the impression that he had a truck cleaning system,which he didnt. I was skeptical but he worked hard and removed some stains and all in all he did good. I still prefer the truck system as it is bigger and removes more dirt.

He arrived a little later than expected as his previous job ran over. He apologized and explained that he had a bit of trouble with the prior appointment and wanted to make sure he did a good job before he left. We discussed the rooms that I wanted cleaned and I asked if he could do a couple of extra rooms. We agreed on a price and he went to work. He's a 1 man show, but he did a very good job. I believe I tried his patience when I saw what a good job he was doing and asked to add on the hallway and stairs. It was late in the day, but he completed all of the requested areas and we're very pleased with the work.

Robert did a great job, our carpet looked as good as it has looked since it was new which was 9 years ago. He was able to remove a number of stains and provided us with some free spot-cleaner as well as some good tips for stain removal in the future. The drying time went very fast despite weather conditions being cold and damp. Our only regret is not having this service done in the past rather than doing it ourselves with a rental unit.

Bob was very responsive and courteous. He called to remind us of our appt. the day before. He was on time and completed the job in the anticipated time frame. We have a pet that was recently very ill and had several accidents on the carpet. Bob was honest about what he would and wouldn't be able to remove. There were a few spots that wouldn't come out, but we expected that. Overall he was able to do a quality job cleaning the carpets with minimal stains remaining. He also left a bottle of cleaner for us to use as well as some tips on stain removal in case there is any further soiling.

. I was provided with a bottle of spot cleaner for future use . In addition, I asked about fabric guard - because the surface area was slightly less than the coupon offer - he added fabric guard to the high traffic areas for no extra charge. I was really impressed.

I'm guessing on the date, but it was some time Sept 2013 Cleading Edge cleaned my very light color carpet, like beach sand color.. The guy came alone, and did a good job, I could see that my carpet was a lot cleaner from his cleaning than before. My only suggestion was: He put the equipment away and THEN asked me if it looked ok/good.... well I had seen an area I would have liked him go over again, but felt bad to have him drag out the equipment again, so said nothing. OVERALL, though, definitely a good job and he treated my furniture well. I will use him again, just ask him up front to let me have a look BEFORE he puts the equipemnt away : )

Arrived on time. Did an excellent job of cleaning--probably the best carpet cleaning job we've ever experienced. He also cleaned some unrelated carpet pieces that were above and beyond our agreed to deal. We were so impressed we added a tip to our payment.

He did an excellent job. He is supposed to come out later this month. I plan on having him back to do like a touch up. He doesn't move furniture, like big things, so we moved the furniture out the rooms ourselves. He did tell me he does not move furniture. He did move some things like the laundry basket and a couple things that were on my daughter's floor and in her closet that I didn't remember to move. He'll move things like that. He also provides stuff to put the furniture back on, little plastic or styro-foam pieces if we need to move it back into the room before it dries. If it was possible to get the stain out he was able to get it out. He did everything he possibly could to get the stains out. Some the stains were paint, he couldn't get paint out. If he could get the paint out he got the paint out. The price was good. I compared him to others but the other people, I read some of their reviews and they would only be in the house like 45 minutes to an hour to clean a whole house. He was here like almost two full hours for 1,000 square feet. He did a really good job. He was here, he doesn't bring in a rug doctor or anything like that, he had his truck and one of the high powered professional cleaning carpet cleaning supplies that he used. In fact he makes his own carpet cleaner that is safe for the kids and animals. And he leaves the customers with a bottle. He as really good.

He was very friendly and courteous and worked hard. The carpets were VERY wet when he was finished . It took them 3 days to dry. He had to come back and retreat the pet odors because whatever he used to clean the carpets made it smell like mildew. He tried very hard to make it right.

cleaned all the areas in my house that were carpeted and did a great job. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Went great. Subsequently we had a crew from Bocks Steam Star do our basement areas ... and were even happier with their work. I have not looked up Bocks rating ... think we used them because of a group on. Dan

My experience with Bob was excellent and among the best of my contractor experience. I originally scheduled the work on September 18. Bob called the day before to confirm the work and my address. With a short notice, my carpet installation (for different area of the house) work was rescheduled to be on the same day per the other contractor's request. When Bob arrived my house on Sept. 18, the installation work was still going on and there was a conflict between the two. I felt very sorry about it and apologized for the bad arrangement and inconvenient. Bob took it easy and even comforted me that "things happen". He rescheduled my work to the earliest time available on his calendar (Friday, Sept. 20). He called again the day before to remind me about the work and arrived on time on Sept. 20. The entire cleaning work went very smoothly. Bob took extra care of my new stair carpet and work diligently for 1 hour and half. I asked him if he can also clean a few area rugs for me. He said no problem. I asked whether I should pay for that. He said no and my big deal purchase covered that. I noticed that Bob was very careful with my property. After he finished the cleaning, he invited me to take a look and told me that the stains were kind of tough to remove so he applied post-treatment to them but it would take 8 hours or so to see the effect. Bob also sent a bottle of stain remover to me as a gift. Since I installed new wool carpet in my house, Bob gave me useful advise on what cleaning products to avoid on wool carpet. He also assured me about the safety of the carpet detergent he uses and the stain remover he gave me. When my husband checked the cleaned carpet two days later, he was super happy to see that the stains went away and the entire basement carpet looked like new!!! - all at a very reasonable price. As I am writing this review, I checked Bob's business address and found out that it is more than 30 miles away from my home. I feel so sorry for making Bob an extra long trip and felt that I should at least compensate him for that. Meanwhile, I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Bob to anybody who needs carpet cleaning. He is truly the best!

I looked on your list, picked them sent in the $75.00 charged to my master card. the following day they contacted me to say they couldn't clean multi-floor windows, and suggested I contact you for a refund.

We are very pleased with the job that Bob did for us and we thought the cost was more than reasonable. We used an Angies List coupon, which covered our entire main level, then paid $116 for the upper level and stairs. Bob was right on time even though he had to drive clear across the metro to get here. He actually called the night before to confirm our appointment. He was very careful and thorough in his work and the results show it. He even placed guards over all the corners so that his hoses would not mar our walls or woodwork. He does not use harsh chemicals and was very respectful of our belongings. Bob is extremely knowledgable and honest, just what we are looking for in a service provider. He does not try to sell you a lot of things that you really dont need, which can be a real "gotcha" when it comes to carpet cleaners. We will definitely use him again (as long as he is still willing to drive from Grain Valley to Olathe) and we highly, highly recommend him.

From: Edith Bowen, Overland Park, KS Bob arrived at the time he said he would. I questioned him beforehand, about how wet the carpet would be when he finished. He assured me it wouldn't be wet, only some dampness...It would be dry in 2 to 3 hours..It was dry just as he said it would be. The best part was that we were going to replace the carpet, but thought we would clean it one more time.....IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. We are seniors and have had many carpet cleaners, Bob is by far the best we have ever had.

It was excellent. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable.Vacuumed and rinse extracted basement and upstairs carpets. Approximately totaled to 1000 sq feet. Stains and dinginess are gone. Also, provided several tips for cat urine and smell. Will definitely call them again.

Prompt. Thorough cleaning. Gave tips on maintaining the carpet and a bottle of spot remover. Moved the furniture and set it on caps so we could use it while the carpet dried. Great experience.
