Bob is great. He does quality work and makes sure you are happy before he leaves. He made our carpets look like new. We used him in 2014 for the first time and I had planned to use him in 2015 but time got away from me. That was not going to happen again in 2016. He does superior work and is a superior human being. I will most definitely have him back again to clean the carpets.

Bob was great as usual. We've lived in many states, cities, and houses and have never found a carpet cleaner that was as competent and as concerned about "customer satisfaction" as Bob with Cleaning Edge. We will definitely use him again as well as telling friends and family about his service.

Fantastic service and quality of the cleaning performed. Bob did my entire house -- carpets, tile in kitchen area and upholstery. We have a dog and had several problem areas which he was able to completely clean and remove after others had failed. He is attentive to detail and does an extremely thorough job. I can wholeheartedly recommend his services!!!

Wonderfully. Bob is very professional and skilled and understands what customer service is. He showed up on time, answered all my questions in a cheerful and pleasant manner and then got to work. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner and I was very pleased with the results. My carpet had not been cleaned since new which is 23 years ago and it looks wonderful! Bob is probably the BEST carpet cleaner in the Kansas City area. His attention to detail, his willingness to clean any upholstery or casrpet areas that you need done, and his caring thoroughness makes him outstanding. This isn't the first time that I've used Bob, and once agin his work ethic and his cleaning ability was EXCELLENT. No surprises with Bob. I'd hire him any time I need this type of servcie performed.

It went very well. Robert did a wonderful job cleaning all the areas - treating the heavily soiled spots, moving the smaller pieces of furniture, etc., I was very impressed.

Fantastic! With deep, set-in kitty stains, I was ready to get rid of both the sofa and the chair. He was able to "work some magic" and bring both back to looking just like new. Bob was a hard worker, very knowledgeable in upholstery cleaning, and with a desire for my furniture to improve. I'd hire Cleaning Edge again in a heartbeat! I've already scheduled another appointment for him to clean my carpets. (He ytravels all over the KC area.)

They were wonderful. That is the only Angie's List provider that I've used in Kansas City and I've lived here for 3 years. I was happy with them. The guy is so nice and knowledgeable. He got the stains out. He's just expert at what he does. He's just a really good guy. I would absolutely use him again. I was happy with the price. Their responsiveness was excellent.

Cleaning was excellent. No stains whatsoever. Raised knap on all carpet, which still remains, even in traffic areas. Carpets were dry by evening. My only issue was my dresser, chest of drawers, jewelry chest, and tall chest were not moved for cleaning in my bedroom, I told him not to move bed or TV cabinet, but assumed he would clean under the rest of the furniture. He has back problems, and perhaps some were too heavy for him to move. But the jewelry chest is very light weight. He did not let me know that he only cleaned around these items. Family room furniture was all moved, cleaned, and returned to location. I would definitely use him again in the future if he can move my heavy bedroom furniture. Have not had a problem with this during prior cleanings.

The company lived up to its reputation as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews. He thoroughly cleaned the carpet and charged a very reasonable fee for the additional rec room downstairs which wasn't covered in the deal. I would highly recommend this company!

Very punctual and professional. My carpet had pet stains on it and a lot of dirt. After the cleaning, the carpet looks great and smells great! I would definitely use this company again.

My carpets were badly in need of cleaning after my dog had intestinal virus. Actually didn't think anything could be done to save the carpets but Bob proved me wrong. He did an amazing job of cleaning (especially hard to remove stains) and deodorizing carpeting in bedroom, bath and greatroom. I was so impressed by his determination to do the best job possible of restoring my carpeting to "like new" condition...and he did it!!! I've already scheduled an appointment for him to come just before the holidays to get my home ready for visiting family.
